I would stay away from this place. No vetting on new residence, not easy to get a hold of management, maintenance is terrible, parking is terrible etc. Save your money for a better place!

I am very happy at Westmount at Mason Creek! The Management Team takes very good care of the residents! This is the cleanest property with modern amenities that I have ever lived in!

There still are many non-registered cars even though there was an email sent about being towed. I don’t think anyone has been towed or even tagged for towing. There still is a problem with garbage. Furniture and junk stays on the ground for weeks. Also I don’t think anyone monitors the sprinklers. They come on even if it is raining or if it will be raining that day. Since we pay for water this seems to be a waste of money.
Maintenance issues not addressed in a timely manor. I have had an external light blinking off and on for over a month. I put in a request to fix light but nothing was done. They "cancelled" the request without completing the work.

I absolutely love it here! I love the valet service and the parcel locker and easy access to HEB and Walmart and Kroger and restaurants and pharmacies and restaurants! It's also nice that my neighbors have a beautiful park to take their furry friends! The management team is also wonderful!

Do not move here I reported my air conditioner not working for 4 months maintenance would come and do something to make it work for a little while maybe a week and it would stop again finally a maintenance man who actually cares came and told me the truth the air conditioner unit needed to be replaced and it should’ve been done along time ago because of the negligence I paid increased light bills for 4 month I would have the thermostat set to maybe 74 it would reach 90 degrees in my apartment which of course made air conditioner run non stop i literally had to go to the office several times in order to replace the unit

Clean. Responsive leasing office. Great location . Freeway access near, stores aren't far. Kids actually play outside which makes it family friendly. Overall really nice and comfortable place.

Westmount at Mason Creek is the best apartment community I have ever lived in. The grounds are beautiful! The management and staff are friendly and caring! The design and amenities are great! Retail therapy is in close proximity, as well as restaurants and grocery stores! Even hardware stores are nearby. I have been able to find everything I needed! Five days a week door to door trash pickup is also available as well as package lockers, which makes our packages safe and secure!

The place here at Westmount is in severe decline…. There are several material objects that are left out in the open and are not removed damage to parking lights…. The gates brought back work less than 50% of the time… This has been a on going thing for four years. It’s obvious that the management does not want to invest money…. Recreational vehicles, four wheelers and etc., up and down the parking lots with no regard for children in the area…… The package Delivery boxes that we pay monthly were forced upon us during our lease agreement. We had no choice but to accept…… Management is aware of these problems, but does little too do anything about it… People working on their cars and their garage is blocking garage doors… Several cars in the area are unregistered and most likely unregistered taking up space based on your policy that should be taken care of, but it’s not….. It’s obvious several people are moving out of the place based on just some of the complaints above…..

They are either slow to resolve maintenance issues or they just resolve your ticket without actually making a repair. Hopefully you don't have any issues because good luck.

Overall very poor experience, my apartment does not have walk in closets, my gated yard is just dirt, carports are damaged due to bad weather and haven’t been repaired, my unfinished plywood garage has signs of water damage and a hole to another unit, I didn’t receive a washer a dryer for 2 weeks, dryer that arrived is not functional, I have called to notify the office numerous times, emailed several times but management won’t respond. My access key fob to enter the property does not function

Westmount could be a better place to live if there was more security, cleaner and less roaches. I’ve had issues from the very start. From being told I would get certain features in my apartment, that was false. Being robbed, dealing with roaches and not feeling secure in my own living space. The management tried to fix it at the end, but I wish I was just released from my contract to find a safer place.

My time at Westmount at Mason Creek has been marked by several disappointing aspects. Despite the lack of enforcement on pet waste cleanup and delayed maintenance detracts from the community's appeal. The apartment was in turned into me in less than decent conditions with a washing machine missing, black buildup on the windows, dark dust over all cabinets such as kitchen and bathroom, poorly painted baseboards as well as the bottoms of the windows and even the bathtub is painted over, and lack of clean rugs. Management's indifference to resident concerns, coupled with inadequate communication regarding essential details like mail, trash, and parking before move in, in order to be well prepared further exacerbates the frustration. Additionally, the poorly maintained dog park fails to meet expectations, being that it is full of pet waste and lacks a decent size. Aside from this it is a quiet and calm community, I like the fact that the first floors have their own front porch space, the layout of the 2/1 apartment is a bit odd but I mostly like it as well as the hardwood floors, spacious bathroom, and nice design for the newly renovated apartments overall. I had higher expectations before moving here considering it if my first place in this state and I did a lot of research and didn’t see very accurate reviews, needless to say they were not met completely.

The first year I loved it here. But from the second year til now, not so happy. Rent has gone up a lot the last two years and maintenance service has gone way down hill.

The Grounds are nice, the Apartments have Excellent Soundproofing and management are very friendly.

Westmount has been very quiet living area. I love all the amenities and the upgrades. I love that there’s a washer & dryer in the unit.

Been here a number of years. ITs quiet. Never had any real issues. Its low rent, so you get what you can expect. Made suggestions for friends to move in here, and they did.

I have lived here about two years now. I like it. Have not had any major issues. Maintenance responds quickly, the very few times I’ve called them. The office staff have been very nice to me when I go in there. I keep my apartment clean so I have no real issues.

Mason Creek has been a decent community to start with as a first apartment. It's well kept, quiet, and in a great location with lots around. The floor plans were some of the best I had toured, and it was a really fast easy walk in. I applied online with zero to no hiccups and am really enjoying my stay. Maintenance is extremely friendly and sweet. I loved my interaction with him and never once felt awkward or uncomfortable. Would definitely suggest it to others.

So far the experience of Westmount at Mason Creek has been good and I see with the new management lots of thing have been improved like the recent maintenance painting and repairing of the fences and fronts of all apartments.

If you are smart, RUN. I have only lived here since August 2017 and i have had all the problems in the world. When i first moved here, there were fire ants biting my daughter and I. I was told i was moving in all new appliances apartment. Everything here is old and i’m afraid the roof might fall on top of my head one day. When it rains, i get water inside my apartment and all my windows are always wet. Recently, the light in my bedroom stopped working and i called them. You should see tbe cheap lightbulb they put in my bedroom. It can barrely light up the room. The stove always stop working and i called several time. They told me to just push it a litle bit when that happens. After me calling several times, shouldn’t they just replace that stove? Of course they won’t. I have been complaining about my noisy neighbor and they won’t do anything about it. They’re telling me they can transfer me in 4months. To my knowledge, they’re supposed to accommodate their residents but they won’t.And I’m supposed to keep getting migraines until then. It’s not their problem. One time,one of the employees came to my apart to try to listen to the noise i was complaining about and she was only here for 5min. What can you hear in 5min? You need to at least stay here an hour. And she said i was sensitive to noise. Yet everyone who comes visit me says they can’t live here. So i guess everyone i know is sensitive to noise huh. I went to see the property manager herself and she told me it was a he said she said situation! Why would i be wasting my time calling them, calling the police several times to complain about that noise if it wasn’t bad? Don’t i have anything better to do with my life? And did my neighbor ever complained about me making noise? Because no one ever told me anything. So how could it be a he say/ she say situation.They do not care about their residents. All they care about is getting their rent money at the end of the month. Oh and the gate is never working, there is no AC in the so called Gym. At this point, with everything that has happened I am thinking about coming up with some money to break my lease then suing this people. I almost forgot, i also tried to call the corporate office, and guess what? No one ever answered or returned my calls. So is it even a real corporate office?
