I’ve lived here only for a short time. New management started right after I moved in. At first the old management made things very irritating. They never sent me the link for the parcel lockers and it took them almost a month to get it working even though i had a package inside. I also paid for a gate key, which didn’t work for a better part of the first month until i went in with a stern attitude that im paying for services that i am not receiving. I was also told at signing that my appliances were going to be new since i have and “upgraded unit”. Even though mine were at move-in.. neither one of my washer/dryer worked and i had to get them replaced but they replaced them with old appliances. Turns out that the w/d is their “biggest issue” due to budgets?? And when my washer was installed, the maintenance connected the hot and cold waters backwards so when i select “cold” water, it’s actually hot. I could change it myself but i am not strong enough nor do i have the tools to do it myself. They ask you to do a walk-through and fill out a form as to address any issues.. but nothing i noted has been fixed including the fact that most of my outlets in the kitchen don’t work. Which is my main reason for choosing this unit at these apartments- the larger kitchen. The maintenance seems lazy. Whoever is supposed to collect the trash, doesn’t do it as often as they should and I’ve seen the same trash sitting by a downstairs neighbors door for nearly 2 weeks. This could be the reason for the bugs other reviews have mentioned, though i haven’t had that problem in my own unit. I’m not a complainer, and especially when i don’t see that my “complaints” are being addressed. I guess I’ll just write poor reviews and maybe my concerns will be handled.

NOT Recommended if you want safety and money's worth. Apartments infested with cockroaches. My apartment flooded and I had to clean up water/damage and report to MY insurance. My car was vandalized - all four tires/rims stolen leaving my car balancing on two cement blocks. Gym has no AC. Pool is under maintenance - no swimmable conditions. Gates are always open which causes major safety concerns. Trash is always piled high. Hallways leading to apts are dirty and now with the trash cans - more bugs! New Management is rude and NOT helpful, at all. Does not take accountability for their negligence.
Location is great , schools not sure since I homeschool my kids, the pool is always opened and well kept, the gym as well . Loved how they have a locker room for packages which is so convenient. The staff before was okay this one lady had heavy attitude but other than that I would have liked to continue to renew my lease but it increased. Maintenance was always on it when it came to repairs . The cockroach problem there was a few when I moved in but pest control took care of it . So I haven’t seen any of them.
The management is rude, arrogant, pretentious, and money hungry. I've gotten a lawyer involved because they tried to charge me to replace an entire carpet that was "unsalvageable" with not even a water spill on it. It's loud, dirty, fake, and in a bad part of Copperfield. Save yourself the trouble, this place is honestly the worst.

Lets start with the fact that the apartment I was originally supposed to move into was ROACH INFESTED. During the walk through I saw nothing, even while dropping off 2 boxes I saw nothing wrong. That evening I stopped by to drop off more, and roaches were EVERYWHERE on EVERYTHING in EVERY ROOM. They were even stuck to the tape on the boxes I dropped off a few hours earlier. I told the office the next day and they said they'd get an exterminator, turned out the exterminator was the maintenance guy with a can of raid! The problem was so bad my move in was delayed 4 days, I demanded a different apartment. They downgraded my apartment and had me pay the full rent on that unit even after not only downgrading me, but also losing 2 boxes of my belongings due to the infestation. Upon my moving out in May, I receive an invoice from them for over $900! $708 of which was for replacing the carpet, carpet that only needed to be cleaned in which I would have had no problem paying for. I asked Joana the assistant manager for the bill several times before she sent it and after reviewing it I find that the apartments up charged me $70 on top of what they were charged. If I had not insisted on seeing the bill, I would have had to pay that extra $70! I also asked the life span of the carpet and when was the last time the carpet was replaced before me moving in, she said 4 years but doesn’t know the last time it was replaced but says I have to pay for it regardless. I escalated it to the regional manager, and she has yet to respond to any of my emails that I have been sending every week going on 3 weeks now! I am still fighting with these people!! MAKE SURE YOU REVIEW AND ASK PROOF OF EVERYTHING. My friend is paying $30 for trash fee and its not even valet. They look nice but staff is HORRIBLE.
