Property Ratings at Weston Lakeside
If I could say one thing its dont live here. The apartments have an old bone structure and as they renovate only so much of it. The cockroaches are everywhere in the apartments to the point where “pest control” dont do nothing. They over charge you for crazy amounts. Keep in mind to read your lease before ya sign it. Also they dont tell you about their pro rated fees!!! All I gotta say is read your lease and ask about the right questions of terms.

The quality of customer service after moving in is poor. It creates the impression that caring about tenants ceases (not including maintenance staff) once the lease is signed and the money starts flowing. The apartments themselves are lovely and well appointed if you can overlook the responsiveness of the staff.

Pros: Beautiful and quiet scenery Complex is tucked away from traffic and has a walking trail attached with a great view of the lake Location is fantastic as it's just a few minutes away from RTP and shopping centers Walls are fairly thick so you don't hear your neighbor's business.. unless they really want to be heard Great gym at the LOFT property (the one at Weston is "still under construction") Property maintenance is very responsive and tries to handle the problem within 1-2days Now for the cons: The ROACHES have more run of the property than Stoltz staff. I experienced more roaches here than I have in cheaper less safe complexes. I also had a problem with wasps coming through my vents and got stung. Before signing my lease, there were a number of typos and I had to send my lease back 3 times before I would sign. If I had not paid close attention, I would have had to pay significantly more than what was initially agreed upon. I suppose this should have been indicative of how business would not be handled thoroughly nor professionally at the end of my lease. At the end of my lease I had concerns about being triple charged for expenses I had already paid for in my rent and provided receipts to resolve the issue. No one has responded to my calls or emails concerning this matter. I highly recommend you take these things into consideration before signing with them.
Infested by roaches , bugs , and spiders staff is horrible .they’ve been working on the office for years and it’s still not done paying for amenities just to not even have a gym to go to worse appartment complex ever. And they blame every apartment for roaches when this place been having infestation of roaches for years

Excellent place to live, staff is amazing, maintenance comes on time to solve any ongoing issue, door trash collection, conveniently located and full access to nature (trails and a lake right next to the community)

I have been living in this green community for 8 months, and have had zero problems. These apartments are very stylish, large, and what was extremely important to me; QUIET. This community is definitely for working adults and families. The office staff are very kind, and answer questions quickly. Maintenance staff are also at your service very rapidly. They use an online service for rent payments, maintenance request, etc. and I find that very convenient. I love that this community is in the heart of everything you need in the RDU. Such a gem! You will not be disappointed.
