All the people that work at Weston Oaks, maintenance and office staff are all very nice and willing to help anytime.

i think the carpets should be replaced periodically. the inside maintance should be at least a quartley issue

When you are looking for an apartment that fits your budget and needs it is a win-win situation. I love the layout of the one-bedroom apartment, and the area is convenient for shopping and beaches and if you need to take a bus the bus line is right there. I am hoping that I can get either a one-bedroom or a 2 bedroom apartment I fell in love with the place, Management was so friendly address all the questions I had in a professional way

It's a wonderful place to live. The grounds are beautifully kept up. Maintenance staff as always are friendly and very efficient. Property manager is friendly and truly looks out for her renters. It's a real pleasure to live at Weston Oaks.

The service quality and personell make the higher price a little more paletable.

I already referred a few people to move here. I think it's a decent price for the amount of appartment you get... Plus some utilities are included so its a good deal at the end of the day...

This community fostered an amazing living environment. The office personnel was amazing and I had very few issues while living there.

I love the apartment living, but these particular apartments, that are 1bd , I don't like that there is not outdoor sitting, and that the closet and bathroom are in my room

People are courteous, friendly, area has everything at hand, groceries stores, pharmacy, school. They are very responsible at the office and very professionals, they take your questions and concerns seriously.

I would recommend you because the personnel were very caring in handling my inquiries. The apartment I looked at was amazing. All that is offered in the apartment was fantastic.

It?s income restricted for those single parents or anyone who?s going through a financial issue to make payment for expensive rent. It has pool and playground.

Walls are thin I can hear pets and people next door and across the way at all times plus if people are coming up the stairs you can hear it all and shakes the living room at times depending how aggressive someone comes up the stairs. Need assigned parking whether we have to pay a monthly fee or not no one should have to park far away when they bring groceries in or etc. plus sometimes people smoke right outside either when you are coming up the stairs or in front of the stairs and it?s a turn off for me to invite my family which do not smoke and for my 3 year old who takes a little bit of time to come up the stairs. The basic off white paint they use throughout the apartment is constantly chipping even in areas that are never touched and very hard to get off the floors once it flakes off. The gate never is working and there should probably be two trash disposals for such a large complex because on certain days there is a massive amount of trash in front of the door that you can?t even get past the steps because it?s all been torn open by raccoons. Other then that it?s a nice amount of space at a good rental rate and plenty of closet space.

The office personnel and maintenance are extremely professional and courteous. The community is filled with wonderful tennants. Problems if any are dealt with immediately. I love living here.

I would recommend it because I loved it and I know my friends who are looking forward to retired, will also love it.

Wish the apartment complex had a gate all the way around the community it would keep people from just walking in and give residents a sense of security

The community is gated,clean it involves the people of the community to be socially responsible for the community,this is why I would like to be a part of the community.

The two bedroom two bathroom apartments are very cute and have everything I need and lots of closet space and I know that's what a lot of people look for.

This is a very nice community, Pool, Basketball court. Very Pet friendly. The apartments are so clean and spacious. The closets are the size of a bedroom, i keep my bicycle in one of them. Perfect Spacious and pet friendly. Loving it. The Clubhouse has monthly get together's, everything from ice cream socials, to holiday dinners. Great playground for the kids. Very close to all shopping. 7-11 right next door. Also Bus transportation in the front. Gated community as well.

I moved to Weston oaks apartments in January, it's a tax credit complex. Therefore you have to fall within s certain bracket of income to live here, I was surprised by how nice the apartments are and how friendly the staff is. Im always notified of entrance to my apartment ahead of time, they take care of things when they need to. Kids always playing during nice days and at night the complex is silent. It's a great place for young families or young people that are on their way up!
