A part of metropolitan Greater Boston, Weymouth is the quintessential Bostonian town. This picturesque suburb offers original colonial architecture and a historic ambiance. Weymouth is southeast of Boston and shores up Hingham Bay, which allows for a fantastic mix of bayside fishing and swimming in the warmer months and gorgeous wintertime snow in the cooler months. A wonderful commuter city option, Weymouth offers the best of both worlds: Boston is just at your door, while still giving you the quaint colonial vibe of a northeastern suburb.
Enjoy fun in the sun at Weymouth Beach, or drop your fishing line at Weymouth Harbour. Take in some colonial history at Nothe Fort, or enjoy the wonders of scenic nature at Greenhill Gardens, Abbotsbury Swannery, and Abbotsbury Subtropical Gardens. Nature and cultural options abound in Weymouth, so find your next apartment here in the best of both worlds.

Property Ratings at Weston Park
So many positives: Dog friendly, great natural light, elevator always works, close access to stores/restaurants/commuter rail station. We had a great time while living here. I can't say enough about the management and the team working here, they are super responsive and communicative. Great people and a great place to live! Would recommend to my friends and family, 10/10
Before buying our own place we used to live in apartment buildings for a few times. So I have some experience in that area. Weston park was the absolute winner. Cozy apartments with nice appliances, clean common areas, great management, parking, location and pet-friendly. That’s quite a catch! Highly recommend!
We lived in Weston Park for 1.5 years. The building is brand new and has everything you need. No bugs or rodents - very clean. Common areas are professionally cleaned weekly. Garage parking and in-unit washer and dryer were excellent to have! Safe neighborhood, we never had issues with missing packages or anything of the sort. Easy commute to Boston via commuter rail, the station is a 7 min walk from the building; and the bus to red line is right outside the building. Dog friendly building and the neighborhood, with a nice park right downstairs. Staff was very nice and attentive, all service requests were fulfilled promptly. We were happy living there. It's a perfect place for professionals and commuters.
I have lived here for just over 2 years and couldn’t be more thrilled with the facility. Management is very responsive to any and all concerns. Any issues I have had, have been addressed in a very timely manner, all of which were extremely minor and nothing of concern. The entire building is cleaned weekly by a professional company - leaving the building sparkling. I don’t have an issue with sound, I rarely hear my neighbors, unless I have my windows open, which is absolutely warranted. Having the cafe in the building has been very convenient. I have heavily utilized the rooftop deck during the summer, often gathering with other tenants and our dogs to enjoy the warm temperatures. I have nothing but good things to say about this place.
I lived here for over a year and cannot say enough great things about this place. I would have renewed again if I didn’t purchase a home. All the neighbors are very peaceful and respectful. Place stays pretty quiet and comfortable. Kevin with Maintence is amazing. Can always text and call him and he’s always there helping any which way, even late at night. Place is mostly younger atmosphere and it’s in an amazing location with everything local and within walking distance!! You will not be disappointed living here.
I love this place and have lived here since they opened two years ago. I love the people, the coffee shop and the roofdeck with plots avaiable for tenants.
I was relocating to Weymouth from out of state. When I came across Weston Park, I thought it was too good to be true! The building is only a few years old and it was the only place I found that didn’t charge a monthly pet rent and they have a heated parking garage - for no additional charge! Since I was unable to tour in person, Joe went out of his way to provide a virtual tour and answer all of my many questions. Teresa went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order. She was an absolute pleasure to work with! I also spoke with Kevin (maintenance) who provided me with so much helpful information. When I arrived, Kevin took the time to show me around and make sure I had everything I needed. He was fantastic & made me feel very welcome! The communication was top notch. Everyone went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless! Weston Park exceeded all of my expectations. The apartment was even more beautiful in person! The large windows provide tons of natural light. The bathroom is gorgeous and has a large linen closet. The walk-in closet in the bedroom is very spacious. The kitchen has tons of cabinets and plenty of countertop space. There's also a beautiful rooftop patio. The building is very clean, safe, and well-maintained. And you can’t beat the location! If you’re looking for a beautiful place to call home, I highly recommend Weston Park!
