Property Ratings at Weston Pines Apartments
Mold problems, property management ignores maintenance requests if they don’t like you, rent raised every year with no renovations/upkeep, buildings that don’t lock all the way, no insulation, subfloor with holes in it… I could keep going but I’ll be here a while if I do that.
I wanted my family to live here because I could feel safe leaving them while I was at work. Secured entrances are greatly appreciated. One of the more affordable places in the area; but nicer than some of the more expensive places. Friends are always shocked at how "little" our rent is! Worth every penny.
My family lived here for two years until we moved out of state. The apartments are on a busy road; but far enough off the road that you don't even realize that you are in town. So quiet. Laundry rooms on each floor. Snow removal is taken care of. Lawn is kept up weekly. Debbie, the landlord is amazing. Maintenance issues resolved quickly. I loved my kitchen pantry and miss it so much. The "little" extras like a garbage disposal and dishwasher made me feel spoiled. It's a great place to live whether you are single, are a couple or have a family.
My boyfriend and I just got our first apartment here and it is beautiful. Debbie is amazing and super sweet. She made us feel welcome and though this is our first place with not that much credit history she gave us a chance here. The apartments are super spacious and just the neighborhood alone is inviting. I feel like this is a safe place for me and my daughter. Close to everything you need. Very happy with my first apartment!
I been here for 5 years, and it gets worse every year. The halls smell bad, and are dirty with dead bugs. Dirt and grim on the hallway walls. They try to cover the smell with air wick sprayers!! They shut off the water in the building, and don't tell you they will be turning the water off. That is nice to know when you are in the middle of a shower!!!!!! Then say I didn't know you were home??? And your vehicle is parked right next to the walkway!!!!!! The windows leak so bad in the winter, you get a huge ice build up around the window. Then it melts and gets everything wet!!!! In the summer when the pollen is bad, even with the windows closed up, the pollen will get it inside, and have to dust every other day!!!! You tell them about everything and they say, "we will get to it as soon as we can" and lets not forget the mold issue that I have been dealing with. The cure for that was a dehumidifier that does not solve the problem, the roofs are shot!!!! Well 5 years is to long!!!! I AM OUT OF HERE!!!!!!! So would I recommend this to anyone??? A HUGE NO!!!!!!!!!! View Less
I lived at Weston pines for several years. There is a huge mold problem in some of the apartments. Even after complaining about it several times nothing was ever done about it. Other than that it was a great place to live. Whenever there was a problem with something maintenance would fix it. The playground is a nice place for kids to play.
One of the best decisions I ever made was to move into Weston Pines. The place is super clean and super safe, two of my most important things. The Management staff is responsive and extremely friendly and caring. We get a lot of snow here, but the parking lot is always clear and not slippery. Great location near all the stores and restaurants you would ever need. I could move to a closer place to my work, but why should I, I love it here!
I was in an auto accident in July and in August when I was getting released from the hospital I only had 8 days to find a place to live that allowed me to live in my wheelchair. Debbie was amazing and so was Premier for getting me in here so quickly and get my life back to normal as best as I could with knowing that I had a place to live even though I was in a wheelchair and not working. Especially since they made sure I was taken care of and everything was in great living and working order. They are life savers here.
weston pines is a very clean and well taken care of complex. if something needs to be fixed they get on it right away. it is a top quality complex with a great price on rent. the yard is a great place for children to play and they even have their own little playground for the kiddys
Weston pines is one of the nicest apartments in the area. All the neighbors are polite and respectful. The apartments are well maintained and we were provided with brand new carpet, new fridge, and new flooring upon moving in. The landscape is constantly kept clean and presentable, and the main living areas including the washer and dryer are cleaned on a weekly basis. These apartments are also within walking distance of a wide variety of restaurants and shopping areas. There is also parking provided which has more than enough parking for tenants and guests! The landlord also ensures that any tenant issues or concerns are handled in a timely manner.
We are a family of four: myself, my wife and our two little ones, just turned two. The room we have for each is adequate. Do we desire to move up soon, sure. But until we are blessed to do so, this is a great starting place, and Debbie is both a property manager and friend (and perhaps, someday, a temp babysitter...hint, hint) to all of us! Debbie has also gone to great lengths to clean up what was once, from what she's told us, a very challenging property to maintain safely and keep clean. Thanks Debbie!!!!
Even though the rent is cheaper here then at most places around this area, the apartments are in good condition for the age of the buildings. These are secure buildings. The common areas are cleaned on a regular bases. There are two sets of washer and dryers in each building. The manager is really good with making sure that if something needs to be fixed or replaced in your apartment, that it gets done in a timely manner. The property is pet friendly with pet stations located between every building, it also has nice playground for the children. During the winter the sidewalks are shoveled and salted for the tenants.
lived here for a while. its a nice neighborhood. great for kids with a park.
I have been living at Weston Pines Apartments for a little over 2 years now. My family and I love it there because it has enough space for everyone. The apartments have security locks...we feel pretty safe. The people living there are friendly and very nice people. The manager is very nice as well. If you need anything to be fixed, she is on top of it, and things will be done the day of or the next day. Great place to live!
My apartment is the most comfortable and homey place in Weston. Its got a nice front yard view, beautiful trees and bushes. The lawn is always kept up nicely. We don't have problems with a lot of noise and such. Its usually very quiet. The apartment is very well kept up by the management.
It is Awesome here i have only lived here for a short period of time but the manager is Awesome easy going and cares about me and the other people here and keeping our neighborhood safe this is a wonderful place to live wouldn't have it any other way
The apartment my family and I are in is a three bedroom and it is a nice place. Real roomie and big. Love the storage such as the pantry to the walk in closet. And what also is awesome about the apartment is that its a two bathroom so nobody has to ever fight about one bathroom..
Weston Pines is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. The hallways are kept clean, secured entrances, and the landlord truly cares about everyone who lives here. On top of all that, it's very affordable. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
I moved here almost 3 years ago and this is the first apartment I have lived in. The environment is wonderful! The property is very well kept and the maitenece is always on point! The staff is amazing! It is a great place to raise a family! Debbie is very prompt at making sure things on the property get done and get done right! She is very easy to talk to and very understanding. I love living here and my son does too! I truly appreciate the opportunity to raise my child in my beautiful 3 bedroom apartment! I would always recommend these apartments for my friends/family!
Beautiful will kept apartment buildings. The living spaces are very large, plus closets are huge. Wonderful place to call home. The manager is always making sure things are cleaned and well kept up.and its a secure building. Thats great.
I moved in just a couple of months ago and I have just loved living here. I of the things I really like about living here is how fast things get done. Like when I first moved in the towel rack was coming off the wall, the next day it was fixed. Also the landlord here is really nice and treats all the tenants with respect.
Decently sized apartments with adequate storage space. Rent is comparable with other apartments in the area, but the management strives to promote a community atmosphere with cookouts in the summer and activities for the kids. Near 2 clinics, a grocery store, 1 major retailer, and a variety of restaurants, banks, and other stores. Easy access to major local roadways. Numerous opportunities for walking, jogging, or bicycling in the nearby area.
I'm a student fresh into my first year of college, and when we were looking at moving we wanted someplace nice and secure to do our studies in. We met with Debbie, the property manager, and she made everything so easy, and welcomed us into the community with open arms. As someone focused on his future I am really happy to be a part of this pleasant community.
Been living here two years never had one complaint! If something broke it was fixed within the next day. Great management!
We recently moved from out of state to Weston Pines. We had originally looked at a 2 bedroom and a 3 bedroom came open in the process-we decided to rent it sight unseen. Many people said that was a mistake and we are excited to report it wasn't. Upon arrival the apartment was clean and in good shape. The property is quiet, everyone is friendly and Debbie has been awesome to us from showing us the apartment, to the many phone calls leading up to our move, the lease signing and now to answering all of our questions. The amenities like a garbage disposal, dishwasher, laundry unit on each floor and 2 bathrooms in the apartment are a huge win! We are enjoying having Weston Pines as our home and know this was the right choice for us!
This apartment complex gives either young adults or people in hard times a wonderful opportunity to get ahead in life by offering these amazing apartments with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bath for only $515/month--everything but electric and gas included! There's only a year lease, then after that you go month-to-month! The property manager is a business-handling sweetheart and always available and willing to help however she can, and all doors to the buildings are locked with a buzzer system, even when it is a great area with nice people! We're a 2 minute walk from a gas station, ice cream place, and the Weston Marketplace. I couldn't be happier here at Weston Pines.
My review starts with its very kind and down to earth staff couldn't ask for a better land lady and she wonderful with the youth as well. Secondly each complex feels safe with is secured locked doors. Each apartment feels like it has the basics of an apartment and more than enough space. Overall I'm quite happy about this apartment and I hope everyone else who lives here feels the same.
The location is great and very disappointed that I was called and emailed to come In to discuss renting apt and I'm in need of apt three days ago and have section 8 my current landlord gave me good reference and resin for eviction was to get my abusive ex out of my apt because he refused to leave and then landlord would not except section 8. So myself and two sons are homeless and was turned down before I filled out an application so am very flustered with this situation
