Property Ratings at Weston Ridge Apartments
We've lived here for about a year now and love the location. The complex is right next to the Bemis Public Library, Littleton History Museum (baby lambs in the spring!) and Ketring Lake (lots of cool duck species and turtles!). It's also within walking distance of King Soopers and several restaurants. Maintenance is great and quick to resolve any issues; we've never had to wait more than a day for them to fix things. Staff is also friendly and helpful for the most part. Only problem is that the rent is going up :(
I lived here for over 3 years! Pam, Raz, Jan, Dan and Benito are great! Good location with a beautiful park next to it! Maitance is great! This is the best staff they ever had! It’s quite and renovations and upgrading are getting better! I thank All of them for their help! I’ll kinda miss them!

They have bedbugs in apartments - its getting out of control
I’ve lived here for 5 years and have experienced many maintenance people. Justin and Benny have surpassed any others that have been employed here!! They are are quick to respond and are very knowledgeable. With these buildings being so old they are kept on their toes every day. With the buildings being so old most of the technology and parts are not used anymore which causes a few problems for our maintenance men. The owner also holds back on repairs especially repairs to the water and heating/ air which is clearly stated in the leasing papers that it’s included in the rent!! These guys do the best they can with what they have to work with.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. Tiffany is a HORRIBLE property manager, extremely rude attitude, doesn't care about anything except for money. The price you pay for this place is not worth it at all. Any problems you have within the unit take forever to get "fixed" and when they 'fix' it, it's only temporary. When we moved in nothing was ready for us, the burners were missing, cabinets were fallen off, a box that had a old sink wasn't removed until we had already lived there for a month, ant problems when we first got there that were never fully fixed. I can't wait to move out.
Most disgusting place ever! I mean I'm sure it's great if you enjoy mold everywhere, sewage leaking into your apartment, listening to neighbors beat their girlfriends, and especially enjoy a leasing office that is NEVER open when it says it's supposed to be. Gotta love a place that will shut water off for days at a time before even sending out repairs. And close the leasing office during this mishap so they can enjoy THEIR day. The maintenance staff NEVER actually fix issues. They put baindaids on them, or tell you they are fixed and really aren't. All of the units here always smell, a lot of mentally ill live here and will harass you if you are outside alone, especially if you are a female. I have had the same crazy guy follow me around, try to hit my dog, and scream inaudible noises at me for the past two years. The management does nothing to fix issues and it seems like they probably work eight hours a week tops, while boasting a full time open office. Do not move in here! Whenever I see them touring someone, I want to scream at them DONT DO IT!
It's a dirty, minimally maintained, unjust, highly turned over staff type management. Pest problems, bad attitudes from staff. The place is an absolute disgrace!!! If you care about fair treatment and your rental history not being destroyed, AVOID THIS MANAGEMENT AT ALL COSTS!!
Don't be fooled management is very rude and they will find the cheapest way to fix things and when they do they take about two weeks to do it also there was a big dead rat on the property there was complaints and they did nothing until a resident picked up the dead rat and threw it away theres also roaches and they don't turn on the ac until it's 60 degrees at night. Do not be fooled by the pictures they post either and it looks nothing like it the property is not well taken care of.
Weston Ridge is a Botnick Property. Don't be fooled about their self promoting advertising about being a place for retiring individuals. Some people are without heat, uneven appliances. A risk factor to older renters. A dead rat was reported to mgmt and was never disposed of, only until a resident took care of the carcass, so as the children would not be at risk. Botnick only looks out for itself.
This place is not for you if you are a dog owner. But they welcome complainers & whiners.
This is an old fashion building with high ceilings, one bedroom apartment. It's large enough that the living room we split for living room/TV area & a queen size bed, therefore converting the bedroom into a BIG walk in closet, storage, exercise and office space. Plus we have a pool, bbq yard area, but no in unit laundry, its ok, its just down aways. We are surrounded by 3parks, a museum and the library. It's life in the city, but it feels like the country. We've pared down to just necessities and am slowly getting rid of old things in storage... letting go and living simple.
