Coming back for a second stay
My wife and I with our son resided at Westover Oaks from April 2017-May 2018. Unfortunately due to a long work commute we decided to move. With a recent job change, location, and current apartment lease ending we decided to move back to Westover Oaks!!!! It is easily the best property we lived at from the granite counter tops, to the washer and dryer in unit!!!! 1604, and 151 right down potranco road making it easy to get to Alamo ranch, lacantera, and other entertainment! The property is very well maintained, peaceful and quiet, with an awesome pool area (our son loved the pool area). We cannot wait for May 10th to come so we can move back!!!!!! Lastly Bea and Nicole are so awesome and sweet!!!!!

very nice place
We came to take a tour and Nicole was very helpful. She showed us the apartment and answered our questions. We ended up signing a lease. It was a pleasant stay. Maintenance was quick and easy. All in all, a quiet and nice place to live.

Constant stomping, floors are ridiculously thin!
My husband and I have lived here for a year. We loved the complex in the beginning but it has definitely changed. The floors are so thin it's ridiculous. We can hear the people above us vacuuming and we can map out every where they walk. We spoke to the front office and they emailed them and basically asked them to keep it down. That did absolutely nothing. We tried to switch apartments like they said we can but there was a catch. Nobody should live like this. There is also dog poop all over which this is the renters fault. If you want to live here, only choose the third floor and step lightly for your neighbors. Be courteous!

Best Complex
This is by far the best apartment complex me or my fiance have ever lived in. They're very polished and finished beautifully, but the personnel are amazing. We live in the two bed/two bath model on the first floor. The rent is reasonable for first floor with hard flooring in all the common areas and wet areas (carpet only in bedrooms and closets). Our unit came with a full sized washer and dryer big enough to fit a king size comforter. We like having the extra storage on the patio too. When we first moved in and had a few things need repair here and there they came right away and fixed things if not the same day the next day. The maintenance staff is great to talk to. We had our A/C blow a fuse the first few weeks in the apartment (at night) they were there the very next morning to fix it. We love visiting with the leasing staff, especially Bea. She is great and very helpful! They email you most of the time if you've had a package delivered to the office. Parking isn't an issue and we pay $35/month for covered parking, but there is still plenty of open parking for guests and other residents. They even have electric car charging spaces. The complex is primarily military, young professionals, and some young families here and there. A lot of the residents have dogs and we did complain a few times about people not picking up after their dogs, but that was quickly remedied. The dog parks aren't huge, but they are good enough size and always maintained. We haven't had any major problems and the management/leasing personnel and maintenance team are great.

Loved it!
Staff is very friendly, and the apartments are gorgeous! Maintenance is always very quick! Would definitely recommend Westover Oaks to a friend!

Westover Oaks
I just recently moved into westover oaks, they are beautiful apartments! Granite countertops in the kitchen, hard wood floors and carpet throughout the apartment. One great plus is the unit comes with a washer and dryer. Parking is not an issue at all. Overall the apartments are amazing, a little pricey but beautiful. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath and my rent fluctuates between 1190 to 1220. The patio is tiny, but workable. The only downfall about these apartments are the key gate to get inside of the complex, the key fob works whenever it wants and sometimes you have to push the button maybe ten times before it opens. Big walk in closets and deep garden tubs. I truly love my apartment! I highly recommend these apartments if you want something you can see yourself in for awhile and fall in love with, if you want something quick or cheap Westover Oaks is not the place.

Nice place
The apartment is beautiful and newly constructed within the past 5 years. I have my own washer and dryer! The management is very nice and any problems that I have had have been taken care of promptly. The only thing I don't like is that I live on the third floor!
