Westpoint At Scenic Vista

These apartments are just amazing, where do I start. I want to begin with the design of these apartments, they are so cosy and spacious in the inside. I love the backsplash in my kitchen it really adds color, also the rent is affordable. They also comes with washer and dryer and the way the apartments are built makes me feel safe and sound. The management team of these apartments are kind, empathetic and loyal to their residents, I can tell with management that the main focal point is not just money with but they actually care to fulfill the needs of their residents. When we moved in we found some minor issues and reported it to the office staff. Within, 24 hours the matter was resolved and the maintenance crew was efficient and fast. Kathryn had been helping us and was very helpful through our transition to our lovely new home. She was professional and kind the whole time dealing with her. The property manager was welcoming and helpful as well. We noticed that she would help with day to day tasks and that’s what I like to see bosses doing, helping when they can. Overall, our first impressions of this place are nothing but good marks. We haven’t had pest problems or anything major while living here for the first month. I’ll be back to post in 5 months from now to update.

We enjoyed our first visit with Tess and actually she was the one who sold us on renting at Westpoint. Tess is very personable and answered all of our questions or found the answer. We have been here for six weeks and are pleased with the apartment. It is very spacious for a one bedroom/one bath. The complex is pet friendly with a park, has a nice pool, playground and the grounds are kept very nicely. Any issues we have had were handled quickly.

I could not be more happy with everything about Westpoint from the spacious apartments to the new staff and maintenance. Its very quiet and my neighbors friendly. I always liked siting by the pool with my friends.

The size of the place is amazing and why I decided to move here. There were a few bumps in my move-in but the staff has been extremely nice and kept communication open with me. The maintenance team is very friendly.

Great place to live. Apartments are huge, really huge. Mark the maintenance man is very nice and will show up in the middle of the night to fix your issues.

I lived at Westpoint for a year and could not have nicer things to say about the property, staff and apartments. My apartment was very large and reasonable priced. The new manager Richard really goes the extra mile to make you feel at home. Maintenance is available 24/7 and was quick to respond after hours.

West point scenic Vista is probably one of the nicer apartment communities around. They are on top of their game when it comes to repairs as well as getting back to you. They are always trying to find good ways to get the community together(Pool parties). So far we've been here a year and released with them because of how great and accommodating they are with everything. I would highly recommend using them and leasing with them.

Quiet, secluded, EXTREMELY spacious luxury apartments. Management and maintenance are fantastic. Neighbors are courteous and complex is pet and children friendly. Location is great and apartments sit up on a hill away from all the busy traffic. Land all around with horses, a donkey and other cattle. We love the community we are in. The apartments are just minutes away from Weatherford, Benbrook and Lake Worth. Across 820 is White Settlement where the new Hawiian Falls is at. Overall I would give this complex 5 stars and 5 thumbs up. Would recommend this community to anyone.

These apartments are very nice and well kept. The insides are very luxurious and make you feel like you have more money than you actually do. The prices aren't bad on these apartments. The pool is spectacular and a great place for tanning. They have a dog park for mans best friend. I love these apartments and everyone is really friendly.

My husband and I lived here for 2 years. We only moved because of our new baby. I like how neat the whole complex looks. There are only 2 floorplans, one bedroom and two bedroom. The kitchens/dining is pretty big and the closets are huge. During our time here, a dog park and fitness center were built. The staff is nice and the maintenance guys are great. Issues were always addressed quickly. We really appreciated the insulation on the windows which lead to a lower electric bill, which is always nice in the Texas summer. We thought it was a great value!

I only have one complaint about this complex... the freeway access could be better. Granted, that's not their fault, so it's really not a big deal for me! Let's talk turkey here; the apartments are REALLY spacious and the fauxwood floors are awesome and so much easier to keep clean than carpet! Speaking of carpet, the bedrooms are carpeted and the stuff they put down is far superior to other apartment complexes' usual cheap carpet. The appliances are new and work great, the apartment INCLUDES a washer and dryer, they have a dog run area, nice grounds, and the pool is amazing! I docked one rating on Amenities as there is no hot tub and I love using a hot tub in the cooler months, but really, that's the only problem. Everything else is awesome; the office staff is friendly and quick to respond to questions, the maintenance guys are FAST, usually fixing issues within 24 hours or less, and for the most part the neighbors are great. My only complaint here is that my upstairs neighbor is REALLY loud when walking, and again, I don't take away from the complex for that, I think my neighbor just walks on their heels or has two peg-legs or something! Rent here, you won't be sorry, and it's worth every dime!
