My questions are always answered with a quickness and with the professionalism I expect. Staff is extremely respectful and understanding. The community is quiet and clean.
Not a bad place to be at! The neighbors are pretty amicable for the most part, and I love the fact that there is a bunch of parking space even at the busiest of times.
I am so blessed to live here. The front staff has always being so nice and responsive. Maintenance here is top notch! Always very fast to fix issues!!! I have everything i need while living here.
Probably the best apartment living experience I've had so far. First-time renter here, so this location feels like a pretty blessed pick of the draw for a first-timer like myself. Maitenence is superbly attendant, and the upkeep of the property's exterior keeps it looking like eye-candy (the blue/white painted buildings and the pink summer blossoms is what attracted me to begin with!) The team at the leasing office are astoundingly warm and as inviting as can be. It's a blessing to be here thank you, Lord Jesus. The act of looking for apartments is not my forte, so this blessing seemingly came out of nowhere with all the amenities I was looking for. I know He's the reason why I have them. Again, Westpond has definitely been exceeding my expectations in ways that I never expected, since I have lived in apartments before in my life. This location absolutely takes the cake. Keep up the good work team!

I really enjoy the amenities, community engagement, cleanliness, and hospitality at westpond. My only concern is with the timeliness of maintenance, I’ve been awaiting my mirror door replacement for my closet eversince the move in date last year since it was missing prior to my move in but haven’t had it installed yet.
I love living in WestPond Apartment’s its apcious apartment and lots of parking spots that’s close to apartment buildings. Staff is very professional and friendly.
So far things has been well here! A little minor issues here and there but nothing major. Staff is great and friendly (best my family and myself ever came across living in San Antonio!)

I am very happy that I chose to live at Westpond Apartments. Before moving here I was at another complex and the experience there was increasingly worse as the years went on. I've just renewed my lease for another year here at Westpond and I am excited to share more memories here with my family.
Been living here a little over two years best apartments ever. Management is polite and maintenance does repairs right so they won’t have to come back

Mi experiencia en general a Sido buena, el personal de oficina y administrativo siempre es muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Sería mejor si se hiciera valer el reglamento a todos los residentes, como peleas en balcones, ruidos fuertes después de las 10pm, basura en los balcones, laundries en buenas condiciones, no pasear perros peligrosos frente a los apartamentos, pero sobretodo rondas de seguridad para tranquilidad de los residentes que si, seguimos las reglas, vivimos con orden y respeto.

Going on 3 years living here, have never had better management! Eva and the crew are always very attentive and receptive even when seeming overwhelmed with guests. Maintenance does a great work by keeping community clean.
Good community. The office ladies can be rude at times. Maintenance has been taking longer than usual from when I first moved in. The pool is nice.

Lived here for about 4 years. For the most part the grounds are kept clean, having a pool is great, access to the dumpsters is convenient, access to mailboxes is also convenient and the apartments themselves are decent. Also the exercise room exists. It only has a few machines, but they are versatile. Not a fan of the rent hikes each year I've been here and the lack of security. Residents' vehicles and my own have been vandalized multiple times with no response from the office. Complaints sent in about the gates being left open were responded to in the slowest possible fashion(felt like it took a whole year). All in all, the apartments are decent, I just wish we had more support from our office.

I absolutely love my apartment! They have a very nice workout facility, a beautiful pool, and the staff is extremely professional and they care about their tenants needs. I definitely recommend!

So far, I like my residents and its my first time living in an apartment. The only thing that I wish all gates would lock to avoid anyone walking into the apartments who don't live here.

The Westpond are an amazing place to live. I have been living here going on my third year and absolutely love it. The staff is friendly and caring, the maintenance workers get to my calls with in a day. Never had any issues, and I utilize the pool and gym weekly. Beautiful little community. Some stray cats, but never a bother.

Overall I like living here a lot but I have an ant problem from previous renters and it was bad on move in date they’re still there as well. I also haven’t had an update about a replacement door for my closet which was missing on move in.

So far so good, no big complaints. Time will tell overall but thus far no complaints. Close to restaurants, accessible to the highway! Grocery store is very close. Pretty decent spot to live.

The management is wonderful and super informative. Maintenance has always arrived in a timely manner. There have been several times where I just get caught up talking with the manager. So nice and very understanding.

Lived here for about 2 years. For the most part the grounds are kept clean, having a pool is great, access to the dumpsters is convenient, access to mailboxes is also convenient and the apartments themselves are decent. Not a fan of the rent hikes each year I've been here and the lack of security. Residents' vehicles and my own have been vandalized multiple times with no response from the office. Complaints sent in about the gates being left open fall on deaf ears which gives potential criminals easy access to cause harm or damage. All in all, the apartments are decent, I just wish we had more support from our office.

A lot of things are broken in the complex and in the units and the units are way out dated for the price. I can see why people are moving out so often.

For the most part, itt's ok. Only issue is broken privacy gate that's been broken over 7 months. Has been car thefts since. Really makes a difference

I love how I feel right at home and how clean the environment is ..it's nice and quiet ugh instead of paying to go work out I can simply work out at my apartment complex and make new friends even at the pool enjoy a nice day at the pool and have a cook out invite friends and family to join in the fun!

The staff are professional and nice. They always have a smile when I walk in the office. Weather if it is to pay my rent or pick up a package, I always feel welcome.
Haven’t had any issues staff has been friendly and understanding. Everyone seems to mind their own business for the most part It’s pretty quiet neighborhood

You can tell our community takes pride in where we live. Our Complex stands out from others. Safe environment for raising a family. Front office and Maintenance had always been proficient.
Best apartment’s we’ve ever lived at front office is always there to help us management is also there when we need them. We don’t have problems with roaches they exterminate as needed and work orders are on time.
Maintenance always answer calls very quickly and are very helpful. Community is always nice and clean. The people in the front office are also nice and always answer any questions I have.
