Car break ins every week !! Do not move here!! They will take your deposit no matter how much you cleaned!! No type of police patrol or safety! Loud noises all night & the trash over flows ! Horrible complex ! Rent fluctuates every month it’s never the same !

I live at Westport Station Apartments. I really enjoy it here. For me the most outstanding feature of these apartments is the staff. They are the main reason I chose this complex. I looked at quite a few apartments before making a decision and it was the staff that drove my decision. Jenna and Jordan in the office are outstanding. They helped me start to finish through my move and made my transition easy. They are always kind, always remember my name and always helpful. Tim in maintenance is another who always has a friendly “hello”. The complex is highly responsive should you need anything. The second reason I love these apartments are the trees. The buildings have a comfortable layout and are not right on top of each other. There are many trees and with the wooden walkways it almost feels as if I am nearly in the woods. I call my apartment my treehouse. And just outside my door is Vago Park where I take my dog for a moderate length walk every morning and evening. The park is very well maintained by Maryland Heights and is quite pretty. My apartment is spacious, clean, and has an in-unit washer and dryer hookup. Very convenient. I have found the apartment community to be friendly, respectful, and fun. All shopping that I need is within a couple of miles. In summary I would say yes, I recommend Westport Station.

The two front office workers greet you warmly and help when you have a question or concern. Never had a bad maintenance experience. The apartments aren't brand new but they're kept pretty nice and are comfortable. The complex is just removed enough from the busy streets to keep things quiet, and close to the interstate for quick access to other areas. I like it here.

Reading past years reviews, it seems as if Westport Station has done a 180. I have not had any issues with cleanliness and bugs, neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. Jordan, with management, is helpful and nice. Haven't worked closely with anyone else in management though. The two service calls I had to place were handled within same day. Close parking can be slim unless you pay for a spot), but it doesn't bother me to have to park farther away. Updated COVID pool hours/regulations are not ideal for those who work 8-5, pool is pumped with way too much chlorine. Pet friendly, which runs into issues of people not picking up their dogs poop... which is frustrating and gross considering there are poop bag stations with trashcans throughout the apartment.

I cannot wait to leave. The apartments are bug infested. The leasing office is uncaring. The maintenance is best thing about this place as I've needed more than 5 things fixed and it hasn't even been three months of living here. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.
There is a huge bug infestation. The pipes are old and leaking. The water heaters are loud and very old. Old, dirty carpeting. Overall a terrible nightmare of an experience living here. The one star is for the good maintenance crew.
By far THE WORST apartment community I have ever resided in. Ownership and management change too frequently. The 3rd manager, during my lease, Melissa has been extremely unaccommodating, unprofessional, and inconsistent. If you are 3 days late on your rent, they change $75 then an additional $5 day. They also threaten you with eviction and attorney fees, which is conveniently in your lease. The Apartments look decent but they are extremely overpriced and they go up annually on the rent. They kept my security deposit after I left the apartment remarkably clean and the attempted to blame me for damages that were already there. (Which is ironic because a month prior, they offered me 1 month free rent, and discounted rent if I choose to resign my lease. Great perks for me being such a bad tenant.) I would highly suggest looking into other alternative apartment communities in the area.
The walls are paper thin and you can hear you neighbors and outside. Management does not do anything on time, overpriced for the quality of whats given.

I've lived in Westport for about 4 months now I really like the location there's so many awesome places around us and it is in the middle of a lot of great places, they redid the kitchen not too long ago and updated all the appliances. Some of the things I dislike about the apartment we get bugs every once in a while we've been getting crickets and in my opinion we pay too much for an apartment that is very small.
