Property Ratings at Westridge Apartments
According to this site, this place is 30 years old and it definitely looks and feels like it. The grounds are horrid, a lot of dead bushes and mud. Playground equipment looks original. Way overvalued & overpriced. It's like paying Tesla prices for a Honda Accord. Owner of the property and property management need to get a clue. I agree with another reviewer, this is all the influx of Californians and Real Estate investors.
UP AND UP YOUR RENT GOES.... WHERE IT STOPS... NOBODY KNOWS!!!!! Another example of how all these Californians and investors have hyper-inflated the cost of living in Boise. The investor of this property DOES NOT reinvest their cashflow into the property. Good luck affording your meds and eating properly if you choose to live here.
This place is the worst place ever. When i moved in the was rats and fleas that they charged to us the tenat to have removed. Our unit was broken into 6 times and they refused to do amything about it. They lie to you constantly. If something is broken they refuse to fix it. We had a leak in our bathroom for 6 months, mold devloped and the ceiling started to fall out before they finally came to fix it and they left mold behind. The currently property manager is rude and harrases tenants.This was the worst place to live and i wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Thank you for your review. We are very sorry to hear that you felt that way about living here. We have a wide number of residents that have pets. We understand your frustration. We also know that you had 2 dogs and 2 cats in the apartment which caused the fleas. We had to treat that or else it would have spread everywhere and made it worse. We understand that you were also unhappy living here from the very beginning you moved in. We advised residents over and over again if your apartments got broken into that you call the police straight away but you didn't do anything about it. We even asked you for a police report as you mentioned that your apartment got broken into 6 times. You never provided us with the police report. We treat all the residents equally. As far as maintenance issues, you never told us that there was a leak in the bathroom until it came to a point where it started leaking so badly everywhere. Please note that we give the residents here the option to place a maintenance service request through our online resident portal or they can stop by the office, email or call us and we will put the order in to be addressed as soon as possible. You always paid your rent online but you never put a maintenance service request for us to come and fix that leak which caused a lot of damages. As far as the current resident manager you already had issues with all the previous managers and when the current manager started doing what was right you were against everything that was happening. I hate living in these apartments my upstairs neighbor constantly complains about us we are constantly getting notes and notices on our door me and my kids don't ever feel like this is home and we don't ever feel comfortable here. And there is absolutely no privacy every person that lives here is nosey. I highly do not recommend these apartments if you have a family and pets they are very uninviting around here!!

These apartments, in my opinion, are in a prime location. You have a service station, supermarket, fast food, bar, dry cleaners, Walgreens within walking distance. The apartments are cozy and well-maintained. I've never had any problems with nuisance at night and feel safe going in and out of my apartment. The office manager is personable. Friendly and professional. I haven't needed any maintenance done so I cannot give a full-on review on maintenance. There's ample visitor parking and assigned covered parking. The few things I wish Verity Property Management wasn't stingy on: NOT paying water/trash/sewage; it's a great perk having some utilities paid. Instead of just offering hookups for washer/dryer, supply them. These units have been around since 1993, surely you can invest some dignity for your tenants?
