It is a great property with tons of amenities such as a pool, playground, picnic area, basketball court, & etc. It has new management that are very professional, and happy to help with anything that arises. You need to come check out this property if you are looking for a safe environment & great staff that is ready to assist you!

The management here works with me and are really understanding about most things. It’s easy to communicate with them. Been here almost two years now and haven’t had any issues. It’s been good, I really like it. Always there to help, perfect choice for my first apartment.

I have been here at Westridge for a while now. They are currently under new management. The maintenance team is excellent any issue i have had has been fixed in a timely manner. The also have new office staff who are super helpful and knowledgeable. 10 out of 10 would recommend

Management, ownership, maintenance. All of it is lazy. They don’t fix anything, they have no amenities, they don’t respond to tenets, but they sure do take our money.
We have been having issues with cockroaches over 3 months now! Every time I complain about it, they're response get more rude. Cannot wait to move out of here. Way to overpriced for what they offer you, an outdated bathroom, old kitchen cabinets and uneven floors. I truly wish we would have found another place!

This the worse place to live. They dont fix nothing, when you need anything they have attitudes, and you hear your neighbors every thought(sacrasm) because wall is just that thin. Its constant noise here at night. They all about money and have no courtesy and respect. I know people who lease about up they try everything to lie about lease end date or give bad review about you if you try to move. I say this place will be bankrupt because people move in and in the middle of night move out. Dont fall for the friendliest. Debbie(manager) is worthless as management and unprofessional. Brittany is nice nasty but really just as a liar as them when things need fixing... Misty transferres here and I see why she have a veryyyyy nasty attitude and thinks she can talk to residents as she please with no consequences. I hate this place and pray it fella. Lynd is management over it and they suck more focused on their new properties costing over millions. I say "shut it down" They even had out of court lawsuits for not wanting to pay extermination. Dont mess up your credit with this for profit place. Leaving is harder than getting in. School zones sucks as well. Theres better and cheaper apartments in Texarkana.

My fiance and I lived in an apartment at Westridge starting back in July of 2015 to the end of April 2016. Management was friendly and obliging UNTIL we signed a lease. Typical, right? Let's take a look at the issues that were had during our stay: 1. Furniture damaged/items destroyed. Dark furniture now has a fine dust-looking coat of white paint on it after countertops were refinished and nothing in our apartment was covered up to protect from overspray. Were told we would be reimbursed by mgm, but so far have not. 2. Random Power Outages. For several months, we experienced power outages in HALF of our apartment and in order to keep the alarm clocks powered at night, we had to leave the oven on. Mgmt/maintenance came out a couple of times, but insisted it was the power companies issue. After doing some research, I found that Westridge was liable for getting a potentially dangerous situation rectified in a timely manner (Texas tenant laws state that a week is considered 'timely manner') and if they do not fix it within a weeks time, we can terminate our lease. So I did as the law states and sent the management a certified letter, detailing the issues we were having. Wouldn't you know that the very next day, (when they received my letter), maintenance comes out and replaces all of our breakers. What happened to it being a power company issue? This tells me that Westridge knew ALL ALONG how to resolve this problem... but chose NOT to fix it. I know there are several apartments that are vacant and have been for a while. Is it any wonder, with how they treat their current tenants, that they cannot obtain new ones? If you value your belongings and want the utilities to be ON when you need them on... do NOT rent from this complex.

Nice place to live. The apartments are being upgraded and repainted. We have a new manager that cares for the residents. Work orders are completed in a timely manner. All staff is friendly and help residents and listen to your concerns regarding work orders. There is a repair person on call 24/7 to address emergencies. . The pool is nice and is always clean. We are like one community here and have bar b ques once in a while.
I have to say I was happy to get in quickly on short notice, and it is very centrally located, but several things on my walk through have not gotten any attention almost 3 months in! Cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom look old and dirty like a crack house. They were supposed to be painting or staining them along with raising my chandelier, tightening the fan, and cleaning the stove, balcony and all the windows which were not clean when I moved in. The steps up to my apartment are mixed with concrete and steel. The steel used to be painted and it has all peeled off and now they are just rusty. Floor is uneven, and missing pieces under the carpet and linoleum. I will be leaving asap.
