Located about 20 miles east of Downtown Denver and three miles southeast of Downtown Aurora, Centretech blends suburban convenience with the perks of city living. Centretech has a low cost of living and has a variety of mid-rise apartments and single-family houses available for rent. In my opinion, would not recommend. Not worth the cost and grief. Paint looks great from the street, but once I moved in, I regretted it.

Went to visit the Westridge a few days ago to see about an apartment and management was amazing! Complex was outstanding and extremely clean. From the fitness area to the pool and on to the picnic area. We loved every inch of it and I would definitely recommend to a friend!
Overpriced for what you get. The apartments are infested with cockroaches and ants, the management doesnt even care about it and says "thats disgusting" and looks the other way; Not to mention they tell you if the problem isnt gone when you move out theyll charge you for the extermination??? This is their Complex this should be their problem, especially when everyone in the building has the same problem. The "secured entry" is always broken on the doors, so you get locked out of the building. The apartment management could care less about actually doing their jobs, but would much rather sit around and chat. Dont ever expect your phone calls to be answered because that will never happen, always submit work request online, and EMAIL everything to them. Always leave a paper trail. The management here is an absolute joke. The property is not maintained at all, but i have to pay monthly for a maintenance fee. All these people do is take your money. Dont even waste your time here.
Me and my Bf we’re having issues with our roommate. So the manager Jeff gladly offered that we could pay him and get off the lease. We paid him and it should’ve been fine, but turns out they never took me off the lease but gladly took my money. My old roommate decided to skip out on the apartment and now her 7500$ fine she racked up is on my credit that is going down by the day. Thanks Jeff can always count on you.
3 different complains in the last 4 month and yet to receive a reply. Poor service from and dealing with property management. i wont recommend.

These apartments are very nice and clean the surrounding area feels quite and save , although the leasing office management seems to be very shady and unhappy. I've been looking for an apartment for a few months I really like theses , but the lady who showed me the model seemed little unsure on the current resident issues. I have also read reviews on these homes and it seems a lot of issues are rude management and random charges. I'm not sure on these apartments and going to look in person did not help on my impression.
Where do I begin. This place has got to be one of the worst apartment complexes I have ever dealt with. The staff does not answer the phones when you need service to your apartment and they are unfriendly. My apartment was not clean when I moved in, we never received a walk through and some rooms never received heat during the winter. The maintenance staff never resolved many of our issues from electrical sockets not working to our heat problem. My water heater needed to run at full blast to get water above 80 degrees to come out. The thermostat would never read above 70 in the winter. Their typical response was "we will be back tomorrow" and would never show up to resolve my issues. The staff is constantly changing and no one ever seems to know what is going on. Do not ever think about stepping on the grass the residents do not pick up after their dogs and the grassy areas are covered in feces. I could keep going and going about this place. I would never recommend it to anyone.
This is the perfect place to live if you want to be constantly bombarded by roaches. When you file complaints to the front office, their managers will roll their eyes and smirk in your faces without the faintest sign of pity for your situation. I have lived here for a month and have been unable to unpack my clothes or my dishes. All my food is stored my fridge (nothing in the cabinets) and I haven't been able to cook a meal for myself. So if you want to pay $1500 a month, the most expensive in the Aurora area, for the grotesque lifestyle please live here, the managers will graciously take your money and turn their backs to you!
This is the perfect building if you want a quick walk to the metro, great restaurants and outdoor space. The common areas are well maintained and staff incredibly helpful. Unlike other apartments in this area, it has a large courtyard with a pool, lounge chairs and dining tables. It’s like having a touch of country right in the middle of the city.
I had a job offer that required me to move within a month from Mississippi to Colorado...unable to see me apartment, or any apartments in Colorado, I had to move blind. After researching I found this apartment complex, although not cheap, was close to my job and local attractions...so, I moved in blind. What I found was for the first month my washer and dryer didn't work, after multiple conversations I finally got a new washer and dryer. The apartment above me is loud but bearable. The complex is clean, and one of the maintenance guys Rodney is really sweet. The staff doesn't answer the phone, which is why I stick to email (plus, you may need a paper trail so this helps), and sometimes they can be curt....I pay my rent, and email only when times are tough. All in all, it's nothing like Mississippi but it's not bad. Even though the rent is expensive and I can't sit on my balcony because the neighbor next to me has a major eyesore of a balcony (which was supposed to be cleaned in the first week that I moved in...never happened) and if you have a pet please be prepared to have a huge deposit and monthly pet rent...because of this, and their not willing to work with me on the deposit...I had to find my baby another home (super heart broken).
