I enjoy living here because the community is quiet and my neighbors are friendly. Maintenance requests are quickly responded to and the team leads a detailed note letting you know the work has been completed. The online portal makes monthly payments very easy. There were some challenges when I moved from a single bedroom apartment to a two bedroom condo style. However, the management team has worked hard to rectify the situation and I appreciate the responsibility they took for the challenges.

Location is fantastic. Close to everything but surrounded by woods. I really like the staff.
The management is helpful, responsive when an issue or maintenance request is issued, and quick to correct and problems that occur.

Overall it's good. I feel like in the past year, the facilities are showing more wear and tear; such as the buildings needing power washing. The trash area is really dirty. The maintenance service is good.

The staff and property manager are nice. The maintenance man are very good and normally fix problems the same day. the apartments are quiet for the most part. some crime but hey we are in little rock! The only problem is PARKING there should be two cars assigned to two spaces CLOSE to the apartment you are living in. parking is a mess people just park where they want!!
I love it, nice and roomy
We have lived here for three years and have had relatively few issues. We changed apartments after the first year and the transition with utilities & fees was not as seamless as we would have liked. We are moving after end of our lease because we are moving out of town but if we were staying in the area, we would most likely remain in our cozy 2 bedroom here at Westside Creek.
We pay for certain amenities that we do not receive. Such as Poolside equipment. There are no unbrellas. The furniture is worn out and all they can tell us is they have ordered for the other pool so the pool closest to us will get the broken furniture. My water bill keeps going up and up. There is no explanation for that except I was told all water is distributed evenly with the bills. I don't get that.

I have lived here for almost 19 years. The management is helpful and friendly and maintenance staff has been excellent and repairs are done quickly. The building I am in has, for most of the time, been quiet with good neighbors. One trash container for the whole complex is a problem from time to time.
I love living here. It is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt with answers to my requests.

Every time I have ever needed something from the office staff or maintenance, it has been taken care of efficiently and politely. They have taken the time to learn my name and my dog's name. I have absolutely no complaints about management's or maintenance's customer service! However, I decided to move out for a few reasons. The biggest one being the increasing break-ins. At the time of all these break-ins, they decided to repaint all the buildings and replace some building awnings. The current paint and awnings were fine and I would prefer they spend money on security measures considering how much I pay in rent. The community is alright. All the ditches are clogged and hold water and it starts to grow things and stink. The mosquitoes THRIVE in it. It is not a walk-able community. My dog and I walk in the road or in the grass/mud because sidewalks only exist in front of buildings. And there are cats living in bushes in front of every building. All-in-all, I don't think these inconveniences are worth what I pay in rent.

Westside Creek has been a true travesty to live at. With disgusting neighbors and innumerable maintenance issues, I would love to be released of my contract already. However, recently, there have been countless stories of break-ins happening at the apartment complex. The office staff cares nothing about the money lost and is very happy that theft is not their responsibility per their contract. Additionally, there are no security or cameras on property. If you value your belongings and quiet time, I would stay as far from this residence as you can. The kids around the neighborhood are out of control, the theft and criminal activity is outrageous, and the condition of the apartments are not worth the pricing.

I have lived here over year and I am very satisfied. From the application process, tour, and to the move in process someone was there. Maintenance has a wonderful response time to any issue. And everyone is very professional from the management to the maintenance crew. The grounds are well kept as well. Thank you Westside Creek and MAA.
This is a homey neighborhood complex. The staff are very helpful, friendly and professional. The only complaint I have is the trash...only one dumpster and one pick-up day for a huge complex.
