Brand new apartments with good helpful staff. Found everything(food outlets, walmart, homedepot , chase bank etc ) within 2 miles of the apartment.

I have been very disappointed withe the multitude of load and persistent noise from yelling , extreme base music permeating through the walls and now starting yesterday evening and tonight some kind of heavy machine type stapler sound coming from an above apartment. I’m seriously regretting my move here.

Living at Westvale has been a mostly positive experience. The grounds are well-maintained, and the place has a peaceful vibe that’s nice to come home to. The staff is friendly and generally helpful, though, like anywhere, there can be some delays with certain requests. The amenities cover the basics, and while they're not overly fancy, they do the job. I think there’s definitely room for a few improvements here and there, but overall, it’s a solid place to live with a good balance of convenience and comfort. If you're looking for a place that’s dependable and feels like a community, Westvale is worth considering.

Although the amenities are good, the inconveniences faced by residents are surprising. There is no alternative way to enter the home without using the phone/app. What if the phone is lost? There has to be an alternate access system. Visitor experience is also frustrating; QR codes often don’t work, and the gate exit isn’t automated. The package delivery policy is unreasonable, as heavy packages must be picked up from the leasing office with no help. During my application, I requested a garage, but on move-in day, I was informed it’s unavailable, with no clear timeline provided. I’m still waiting for an update. Improved communication and accessibility would greatly enhance the resident experience.

I've been living at Westvale for 3 months now, and I can't say enough good things about this community. The moment I moved in, I knew I had made the right choice. The atmosphere here is welcoming, peaceful, and incredibly well-maintained. The management team is top-notch—they're always responsive and genuinely care about the residents. Any time I've had a question or a minor issue, they've handled it promptly and with a smile. The amenities are fantastic too. Building is as expected only complaint is that the appliances have been breaking down since my move in but the leasing office has been very responsive and quick in replacing.

Loving the fact that is it in a somewhat quiet environment. It is the main reason why I moved down here because I am very sensitive to noise! Had some hiccups with the establishment, but overall it has been very nice living here.

Everything is so new and pretty. Love the pool and cabanas with a tv for when family visits. Layouts of the apartments have a nice flow and modern look.

Its brand new community with lots of amenities. Staff is really helpful. Apartments and community is very specious and with latest tech i mean smart home. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.
Great location, easy access to highways and restaurants. Beautifully designed, it feels like you’re walking into an upscale autograph hotel.
Just recently moved into Westvale, so far everything has been great. A great pet friendly community! Super excited about the new dog park hopefully opening soon!
Services is terrible once you sign your lease. Nobody seems to care once you’re a resident. I haven’t slept in 2.5 months because my neighbors are up all night and I’ve asked time and time again and they don’t even answer my calls anymore. I’ve asked for several different maintenance things and they don’t even answer.
Supportive and super friendly staff. Love my apartment and the amenities, and access to the trail. Shopping and bars are close. If there is an issue with anything we are helped so very quickly.
Chas and Corbie have been extremely helpful during the move in process which made the transition from my old place to this place much smoother. The amenities are an amazing perk and I am so glad I rented through Westvale as no one comes remotely close near the area.

The apartment is new, I love the kitchen and bathroom appliances, as well as the storage space in the closet. The washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, and stove are new. You can control the room temperature, open doors and gates with the app. It's great.
My time at Westvale has been great so far. Chasity, Corbi, and Edgar have been incredibly helpful during this transition, making the whole process much smoother. I particularly appreciate the practical aspects of the apartment. The kitchen island is spacious and functional, perfect for meal preparation and additional countertop space. Plus, the ample storage has made organizing my belongings a breeze. The neighborhood surrounding Westvale is lovely, with its beautiful scenery adding to the appeal of the area. I'm looking forward to seeing how the complex evolves as construction progresses. Overall, Westvale has provided a comfortable and supportive living environment, and I'm pleased with my experience here.
