The team at Westview Village was amazing. I leased the apartment sight unseen. The pictures online were an accurate representation of the property. This is not always the case. The communication during the leasing process was efficient. I had no anxiety throughout the process. I traveled a great distance to get here. I arrived on Saturday morning after a twenty hour drive and everything was perfect. Kudos to the Westview team.

Westview has been a good stay for the 2 years ive lived here. While they still have things to work on like upgrading the current tenant units to be aligned with the new higher priced units, its still a decent place in a convenient location.

I wish I could give you positive feedback. I can't. It takes more that a quick fix of a door lock to make a place liveable and unfortunately since your purchase of this building the livability of Westview Village has dropped dramatically. New people might say it is great but long-standing tenants know what a real community can look like here and what your management team has carved out isn't it.

The maintenance team is excellent and the office team is also great it has been a long time since I have had such a great experience in an apartment community. I appreciate this very much and would recommend this community as a home for my colleagues, friends and family!

Westview Village is a great apartment community, no problems and staff are great
On our move-in day, our apartment was dirty. There was dust, cobwebs, dirt from past tenants in kitchen drawers, and dead bugs. We spent hours cleaning before we could even unpack our stuff. Multiple things around the apartment were broken or have broken, including both toilets and my closet. After my entire closet collapsed, the closet door almost fell on me. There's no parking and cars park in our one assigned parking spot, for 3 working adults, all the time. Everyone else has the privilege (if it really is a privilege) of towing, but we were somehow unable to the one time we wanted to use the service. We spend our time very frustrated living here.
The videos and pictures on this website are misleading. The apartments are way older than that, the appliances are not updated, and everything in the apartment will break. Closet doors, the toilet, drawers in the kitchen. There is not enough parking for tenants, so don't expect to have guests. If you do, they may and/or will be towed. Management will tell you they are experiencing the same issues, instead of fixing them. Don't live here, not if you don't have to.

The area is nice, great school system, some of the residents now living there are not right for the community, trash it, are loud and disrespectful
My only hiccup at this time (considering I don't actually live there to give a full assessment) is your computer system. From the moment I tried to apply, the system has been consistently down. Down when I first tried to apply. Partially down again and couldn't finish application. Down again when I tried to add documents. Down again when I wanted to add my husband to the application. And partially down again while adding him (there is no option to pay the fee, I'm left staring at the fee page with nothing to click or proceed). This does not inspire confidence.
The price of the apartments seems very good and their service too. I recommend 100% you see that if you care about our welfare
Angel, the maintenance person is superb! great disposition and positive attitude combined with technical skills.
We would consider living here based on location and quality, however the pet policy is a major negative.
My Concern(s): Carpenter Ants are real bad in the back area and I find them in my apartment every day, I fear that there may be an infestation. Dinning area smells so badly of cat urine I am having them professionally cleaned due to headaches it has been causing me. I just want to confirm they were professionally cleaned prior to moving in?
Courtney was so amazing & very knowledgeable. Her customer service was something you don't get every day, please let her know it was a delight chatting with her. As well as Bobby ... I have only spoken on the phone but yet again very helpful & knowledgeable. I could call this place home! Great job on the supportive staff!!
There aren't many amenities. Plus, the cabana can't be rented out for parties. Had I known this before I signed the lease, I probably would have went elsewhere.
I lived at Westview Village Apartments for a year. The apartments are decent inside. Living on the first floor sucks because all the dust, flies, insects etc. are flying around right outside your door. You have webs all over the place and insects trapped everywhere because of them. Dirt gets blown in front of your door over time and no matter how much you try to keep it clean, it adds up over night. Basically, the outside doesn't look presentable. The BIG problem you'll come across A LOT by living there is finding a parking spot. It'll be really hard to find a parking spot anytime after 5:30pm. And if you don't find any, your only choice is to park it at Fred Meyer and walk home BUT even parking your car there is risky cause Fred Meyer has a right to tow your car. You'll find yourself getting frustrated constantly cause of parking. You only get one assigned parking spot and do not get an option to pay extra for a second because there isn't enough parking to do that for everyone.
I have lived here for almost 4 years I love my apartment but there are so many other things wrong. One not enough parking no parking for your guest and for tenant you may have to park a block away and walk home they have not done a thing about that and I don't think they will. Another thing is I live on 3rd floor and have neighbor because he has lived here for 15 years thinks he is privileged he sits at his front door all the time with his buddy smoking and drinking we come home we have to step over or walk around him he never moves. I feel uncomfortable wearing dresses they are so disrespectful I have had my daughter s and friends tell me how uncomfortable they feel. I would love to move looking at the high rent out there its very hard to find a nice place without having to pay the ridiculous rent. Help!!
