High cost for 1 bedroom apartment and the ski simulator is constantly non-functional

Stinky Garbage left out in hallway all the time.Smoking on property in lots of places at various times. Pot smoking inside & outside. Secure, fob magnet doors propped open frequently with rocks, pieces of wood, smushed beer cans , cigarette butts everywhere, dog mess not cleaned up.
The maintenance staff at Westwood Green is extremely professional, quick to respond, and has solved all of our issues immediately. They deserve a 20/10!

The apartment was so dirty and several items needed fixing before I could feel comfortable.
I like the garbage and recycling services. We love the high ceilings and storage space in each of our closets.
I can’t recommend this place. The leasing office has been really nice but I’ve been dissatisfied with how they have been handling issues. Upon moving in and even when I toured the unit, i found that the power to my master bedroom and bathroom were off. I let management know and it turned out that there was a leak from upstairs that they didn’t catch. This is concerning because that means they didn’t even bother to inspect the unit before move in. Two weeks later, they’re still trying to resolve the issue so I’m living in a unit where half of it looks like a construction site and I can’t access my bathroom or closet. Also, I was chatting with some neighbors about gun shots we heard last night. Apparently one of them saw three cars speed out of the lot and she later saw cops searching the parking lot. No word from management about the incident. I think the apartment itself is really nice but that’s about it. You will hear dogs barking throughout the day and night, neighbors throwing large parties on the weekends, and you will see trash everywhere every time you leave your apartment. I don’t think it’s worth it and it’s only been two weeks.

Paying a super expensive rent and not being able to enjoy some quality quiet time in the space you are paying for is not something I would want anybody else to go through.

It's a beautiful community. Safe for me and my granddaughter. The view is so beautiful with the mountains and the open space also the wild animals like eagles magpies and geese and sometimes hearing the coyotes.

I don't have anything bad to say about this community. I've enjoyed living here. Everyone from the front office to the maintenance team have been awesome.
Don't move here. The apartments are cheaply made, so expect to hear every step, crying baby and domestic dispute. Staff don't put snow/ice melt down until after sidewalks and stairs become iced over and dangerous. There are cigarette butts and dog poop everywhere around the property. "Management" is inefficient and downright useless as they take weeks to respond to emails. The maintenance staff is polite, but good luck getting them to properly wear a mask when they do service requests. "Management" seems to be more interested in doing a better job in responding to true negative reviews here on review sites than actually improving the living experience. This is just the tip of the iceberg, but I'm spending my time looking for somewhere better than wasting my time with feedback since it's obvious that they don't care.

Bad trash/dumpster service and the door to door service was not the best option to deal with the problem. The trash cans sitting outside everyone apartment made the place look bad at times

Noise is a problem and ease of access as a single woman is challenging.
You can hear EVERYTHING through the walls!! Walking down hallways you can hear through ppl’s doors their full conversations! If you don’t live in building one u have to walk from your apartments to building 1 and walk through it to get to gym. After summer and the pool shuts down there’s NOTHING to do. There is only ONE trash bin so you have haul your trash through the hallways and across to the back where the other apartments are. No one cleans up after their pets on the pet poo park. Ppl bump anything and everything around trash bins. There’s been swat teams here, thief’s and break ins! If you shower more than 15mins the shower won’t be warm again for another 30mins at least for the next person! I do like the TV in mirror though. Oh and maintenance is always on it!
The hallways are clea and quiet, hallways and outdoor areas are monitored, biggest problems are the trash and recycle bins, either people are dumping their trash in recycle bin or it is not sufficient for the apt's population, same for the garbage bin and the fact tailgate some people in this community use the trash bin for large furniture, tires, etc
Everyone I know that lives in an apartment, complains about maintenance and how long it takes. This was done in less than a day! I'm telling everyone to come live at Westwood.
Common areas of the building, including stairwells, are often quite dirty. Damage from residents hitting the walls with doors hasn't been repaired. Outdoor maintenance during snow has been slow - I understand not plowing the drives, but some ice melt should have been used on the sidewalks when temperatures rose above 20.
I really enjoy living here, I would recommend this community to family or friends, however my only hesitation is that I do feel like rent can run a little high and may not be affordable for some.
As someone not used to apartment living, I may be a bit naive and overall, I'd say the complex is as good as any but whatever you do...DO NOT move in to a unit that faces the pool and fire pits. BEFORE I moved in, I very explicitly asked how they would insure they shut down, and STAYED shut down after closing time at 10pm. Was told there would be security that would come by periodically to make sure it was quiet out there. Lie. Flat out. Happened for one week. Since then it has been a constant battle to have someone, ANYONE take responsibility for that. You WILL be awakened at least once or twice a week, especially over the summer if you lease one of these units. But if you don't mind that, you can have mine. Can't wait for my lease to expire in May. Other than that and the countless people who don't know how to throw away trash away correctly, it is a nice place. Moved in to a brand new unit and Literally almost every cabinet and countertop had large scratches in them. Be sure to document. I anticipate this being an issue when I move out.

Noise is a huge problem. Love the amenities, but feel like things could use more maintenance.
So far everything has been nicely great. My only issues are that the gym floor is regularly dirty and some of the machines are not in good repair. Also the trash by the dumpster is pilling up and this has not been addressed.
I would recommend Westwood Green Apt to family and friends because I love it here. I've had a really good experience with the office staff, maintenance people and I feel very safe here.
