Lived here for several years and it has been fine until "Integrity" took over. Down to one maintenance guy, parking lots are a wreck, and now they are cutting down all the beautiful old trees which made a wonderful green space. Something that Westlake is desperately lacking. And now they are going to cram in 21 overpriced townhomes. Gee, thanks Integrity for ruining a beautiful area so you can squeeze a little more profit out. The heads of Integrity should be ashamed because they have NONE.

When I first moved in, it was great. I don't hear much from my neighbors except maybe the tiny dog next door barking. However, I do agree with other reviews that there is a lot of banging around in apartments below me, I assumed from maintainence remodeling. We have had maintainence in our apartment and told them about ceiling leaking and staining, cracks in the balcony cement which is concerning to me, and nothing was ever done about it. Not to mention our floors flooding washers, if they even want to work. Currently, our washer lid has been broken for two weeks now and will not start, but will gladly take my money from my laundry card. Furthermore, the carpet on my floor hasn't been vacuumed in nearly a month, I know because of the exact same crumbs I continuously have to walk by. That and the exact same pee stain in front of our elevators, which has been there at least 3 weeks now. I have pictures to prove dates. The floors and carpet used to be maintained daily as I would always hear the vacuum going in the hallway. Didn't mind that part knowing it was actually being cared for at the time. Since new management came in, the elevator floors are disgusting as well. They used to smell like cleaner!!! Not now. The first floor carpet is disgusting and stained, please come see for yourself. I also have very recent pictures of cockroaches in the back hallway. I have seen 3 now in the past few weeks, but haven't seen any exterminators. Of course, the employees here have tried to hide that but everyone saw them over the weekend so it's a little late for that. The parking is atrocious, I live in the front building and find myself having to walk all the way from the back of the parking lot. Management could care less about anything going on in this apartment, every time I walk past the office the girl is on her phone doing absolutely nothing! They've raised the rent about $300 which is insane considering nothing has been done to make this place better. It's only gotten worse. The amenities are open but somehow always locked when I go to use them, even though I have a keyfob. They shut the water off CONSTANTLY with little notice, and it's always the most inconvenient time, when I need to get ready in the morning. 9-12, so you can imagine how many showers I had to miss because they fail to communicate. They think sending emails and posting a piece of paper in the elevator is enough. Old management used to leave notes on EVERY apartment door every single time.

Management only cares about getting rent. If you have any issues prepare yourself for being very disappointed. Maintenance takes forever. Even though the apartments are cement, it is loud here. Perhaps the cement is cracking. The front doors are made poor so you hear everything in the hallways including neighbors talking in apartments across the hall. Apartment renos started years ago but there are constant banging and drilling noises that will wake you around 7am everyday even if they are not directly near you. I have the loudest neighbors I have ever had in my life that keep me up until 1am or later running and jumping around (kids). I dont get much sleep here with the combo. The hallways are unkempt and they smell bad. Water is shut off all the time. Elevators are old, slow and break often. The building is old and isn't being kept up with properly. There is a highway and train close by and that is loud. No available parking. Most of the reviewers I see are saying similar things, the ones that aren't maybe are fake?. I don't leave reviews hardly ever but I feel the need to warn others. I have lived in a lot of apartments over the years and this is by far my worst experience. I can't think of anything good about this place.
I have lived here for almost a year now and there is absolutely CONSTANTLY banging, hammering, sawing and drilling going on all hours of the day, sometimes it starts are 8am and doesn’t end until 2-3 in the afternoon. I thought it was because of them remodeling apartments but it has been going on for months and months and months of us living here. The remodels are completely cheap and look good to the naked eye until you start living daily life and realize how many things break and fall apart. Our closet door literally fell off the tracks from opening it. They shut the water off at least twice a week for several hours at a time 9-12 most days if not longer and the amount of noise and litter in the hallways is absolutely mind blowing for the amount of money you pay to live there.
This is the most unworthy and most unprofessional apartments complex that you could waste your money on, staff are so rude and disrespectful and so unhelpful. Overpriced compared to other apartments in the area. You will be stuck with the worst lease of your life for an apartment. STAY AWAY AND DOWN WASTE YOUR MONEY.
I don't know what the reviewers above me are talking about (obviously the same person) this place is well kept and everyone I have dealt with (been through three different management changes) has been wonderful to work with. I have lived here about 10 years and this is THE best apartment complex in Westlake. It may not be as fancy as some of the newer buildings but those places have paper thin walls and you hear everything, here its concrete walls and floors, you never hear a peep from your neighbors. If you want to rent in Westlake this is by far the most reasonable and best place or I would have moved a long time ago! Check it out you will see I am right, and if you see someone who looks like they live here when visiting, just ask them what they think!
The property manager is absolutely crazy!! I have spent a week with my elderly mother and will be getting her out asap. Very dirty scummy place to live. I don't see how they pass any inspections. Discusting!!!!!
Very unsafe place to live. No lighting in parking lot. People vandelize cars. The property manager is horrible. She doesn't listen and doesn't care. I highly recommend not even giving this place a look. Its a dump. Such a dirty scrubby place to live.
The place is really nice and quiet, albeit expensive for Northeast Ohio, yet pretty affordable compared to other apartments in Westlake. Positives: has a gym on the first floor; has a garage with an area to wash your car for no extra charge; you get a garage-door opener for the underground garage; concrete walls deaden noise; and it is pretty close to I-90 and Crocker Park. Negatives: a heated pool would have been nicer than a small, frigid, outdoor pool; concrete walls may make Wi-Fi reception a challenge, so consider buying and setting up a wireless access point (WAP). Overall, I really liked living there.
