Property Ratings at Westwood Park
Do not live here if you are expecting things to be clean or functional. The laundry rooms are always broken and dirty. Their are kids always in the pool even when it's closed or at night screaming like they are being murdered. It's disheartening. The apartments are ok but pray you have clean neighbors or you will have roaches. Also, they will raise your rent every time you renew your lease. Just know what you're getting into before you get stuck here for a year
The warmth and family friendly atmosphere immediately grab you by the hand. Maintenance and management teams, are very helpful and caring. Covered parking and individual porches or patios gives a secure and protected feel. Pets are welcome, (with deposit), walking distance to schools, and the simple lack of noise is perfect for any family. Affordable on property laundromats, refreshing pool, and landscaping with plenty of trees. 1-3 bedroom units with 24-7 on call maintenance. Small enough to be cozy but large enough property for privacy. My husband, I and our fur babies love it.
