Property Ratings at Westwood Terrace
They have had complaint after complaint about gutters hanging from 3rd floor and could eventually fall and hurt a person or worst a child.the gutters scrape the walls when any wind is blowing and keeps you up all night and it's been more then two years and they give you excuse after excuse like waiting to buy a ladder to waiting on estimate to repair the rotted soffits etc.they plant grass late fall then don't rake any leaves to kill new grass and everyone else around them has a clean yard. Exterior isn't maintain and lights out front don't work, excuse, they dug a small hole to find wire but never did more so a cone sits over it. danger all around and no lighting to help you securely get into the building.All,2, picnic tables are rotted and nails coming out, they called it a picnic area...all the tenants complain but get no results, most fear getting kicked out tho the law would protect them..
