Westwood Townhomes

I love it here at Westwood. The staff is awesome! Rhonda is the best, she cares and helps you get concerns taken care of. Edescio is great, he knows what he is doing and does it right. The area is so peaceful and clean, neighbors are friendly and the pool is always clean. If you are looking for a nice community to live in, this is the place to be!

My family and I have lived here for almost 2 yrs. It’s a very quiet area with very friendly staff; what I’m most impressed by are the cleanliness of the grounds. The office manager Rhonda is really sweet and makes sure that all residents pick up after their pets. I must admit that the appliances are a little outdated but are in great working conditions... whenever there’s a problem I simply call or visit the office and Rhonda is on top of the situation; The apartments may be older but they are taken care of. Whenever my my family and I visit the office Rhonda always greet us with a smile on her face... which is truly nice in this day and age.

I feel for the amenities available and the size and layout of the units, this is a good value for the Georgetown area. My apartment is bigger than my last, but my electric bill is way lower. The grounds and pool are always pristine, and I especially like that the manager, Rhonda, and the maintenance people, Sabino and Edescio live on the property. I have needed after hours maintenance a couple times since moving here, and have been very please and surprised by how quickly someone was available to help. Routine maintenance is schedule well in advance, and the notices are posted at the mailboxes and flyers are put on doors . This gives you time to make arrangements for pets, if needed. They have always been willing to adjust my dates, when the need arose.

Everyone is very nice and they take care of any problems that might arise. They have monthly breakfasts and the swimming pool always clean. The living room is really big and has a closet. The grocery stores and shopping centers are close. The complex is quiet and well cared for.

I love my town home.. I wanted to say THANK YOU to Rhonda and her crew for be working with me. The best thing I love about this community is that it's Soo quiet My neighbors are nice. The property is well maintained. What more can you àsk for. Home sweet home.. I got very lucky finding this place. Thanks again.

I have lived at Westwood for the past year and a half and I love the small complex with super friendly staff! Rhonda, the manager is always ready to help with any situation. She is friendly, professional and helpful. The maintenance staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Everything is on a schedule, lawn care, AC Filters, Fire Extinguisher, letting you know they care about the property and the residence. My garbage disposal went out and they were not able to repair it so they replaced it with a new one right away and I have not had any more problems. The buildings are great because I never hear my neighbors on either side. I would recommend Westwood Townhomes if you want a nice, clean, safe, friendly place to call home.

I would like to say that I have lived on property my daughter and I for over 1 1/2 years . We started out in one bedroom and upgraded to a 2. In any concerns the manager has been helpful and pleasant to us . My mother's friend told me what a nice place it was and I am pleased with my living arrangements at Westwoods. Rhonda has been very helpful with our needs .

Office Manager is very nice and easy to talk to. She makes sure you have everything you need. We have monthly breakfast and snakes to make everyone feel like family. The swimming pool always clean. I like the apartment, living room very spacious with a large walk in closet in the living room . The appliances are old but in good working conditions. Also comes with a security system but the one bedroom does not come with washer and dryer connections. The laundry room only steps away so that not a problem. Grocery stores not that far away also all the fast food chains are up the street. I love the country feel but close enough to the city. I would recommend this property to anyone who want out of the city.
