West Wood Village

The landlord Jenny and the maintenance team Billy and Ross all do there part in running this apartment complex and I’ve been living here for 7 months now and it’s been a blast best apartments ever!!

I have been living here with my boyfriend and his mom for over a year and the manager Jenny and Billy the maintenance man are the most professional and kindest people in Sierra Vista. They are always willing to help out in anyway they can and make Westwood Village a great place to live. I recommend moving here if looking for a place to call home.

So there was a change in staff hence which explains the bad reviews. From office staff, to the corporate staff to maintenance staff. All which are easy to reach if needed. There is always someone in the office now, if I have to call someone always answers or returns call back in a very timely matter. The complex is always clean and work orders are completed in a very timely manner. If I could not get the answer in the office, she was quick to reach out to supervisor and she reached out very fast. Love my apartment, yes they are older but you can see they are working on improvements.

Remodeled apartments consist of improperly laid vinyl flooring, insects, improperly mounted appliances. Maintenance can take takes to respond for issues such as shattered windows that are single pane non tempered windows. There is actually no air conditioning but evaporation coolers that regularly do not function. Communal washers and dryers that also regularly do not function and tend to overcharge after you’ve already paid via an app. Paper thin walls. Imbalanced staircases leading to secondary floors. Dangerous neighborhood. Ridiculously overpriced for 700 square feet. Maintenance employees drunk during work. Just do not live at Westwood.

I recently moved here. Not only has the cops been called 3 times now. A shooting happened right on the other side of the wall where my kids were playing.

I've lived here for three years and will be moving in a couple of weeks because of swamp cooler noise. It's always been loud but has become a bit worse lately. I think the noise problem is primarily in second floor apartments, first floor seems fine. The management and maintenance people are nice and do their best, but the coolers need to be replaced. I do not recommend renting a second floor apartment here.

Emailed several times about applications and tours until I finally called and the unit I’ve been emailing about had been taken and they didn’t take it off the website until I called.

The apartment complex is in a great location; close to Ft. Huachuca and other restaurants/ bars on Fry Blvd. The management is extremely helpful and responsive, and is very accommodating to military personnel. I definitely recommend this apartment complex for anyone moving to Sierra Vista, either short- or long-term.

We lived here for 3 months. We had a ground unit 1 bedroom. The apartment was very clean, and the kitchen was nice. nice counter tops, and stove. the bedroom was very larger. Maintenance guys were very friendly and even helped me move a heavy item. Management were easy to get a hold of and took care of concerns and questions professionally and quickly. If you are looking for a short term or long term apartment, this might be a good fit for you. The laundry room was bad, ran by another company and not many units work, we ended up going to a local laundryman down the road. With any apartment/close living, sometimes you have bad neighbors, but for the most part, most of them were great. 9/10 rating.

Stayed here for a year and i enjoyed it. Not a very bad neighborhood, just a lot of people walking by/ loud cars going past. Walls and second story floors are thin. Management and maintenance workers are very nice

Extremely military friendly. They understand your needs and they're very understanding. The staff are wonderful folks. Thank you for a great experience in Arizona.

We had to stay here for a bit while waiting for on-post housing. We stayed in the one bedroom, one bathroom fully furnished apartment and it was great. It was myself, my husband & our 2 year old son. The apartment was much larger than we anticipated which was a huge bonus! The furniture was a little worn but very clean nonetheless. Newly remodeled and definitely a good place to stay. The main girl, Breanna, was absolutely wonderful & lovely to work with. She is very quick and efficient & any problems or issues we had throughout our stay were literally handled in 5 minutes. She made staying there worth it. 10/10 would recommend!

Unbelievably dirty and not in a safe neighborhood. The manager was rude and seemed to talk down on me because I was in my 20’s, which makes me a child? All I was asking for was rates! There are cleaner, better apartments for the same price in Sierra Vista. Don’t come here!

This place is not perfect but for what you pay in rent to have all utilities included which is so nice, the units are large My studio was enough for myself and an occasional friend staying over. People are pretty friendly close to stores and fry blvd. Its not always quiet but the bigger building has more residents laundry and mail right by pool in a convenient area. The staff are so accommodating not to mention friendly and really went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I need when I moved in. They were very flexible with leasing as I only need to stay 6 months. It's definitely on the right track with the way they are remodeling the place.

Great place to live! Fixed my broken fridge same day, big apartments, utilities included, right next to circle k! Love it!

For the price it's a super value. The staff work hard to update, clean and repair a multi-unit complex. So far nothing distasteful. And like I mentioned the staff are awesome. The complex features all the amenities except a gym and I'm sure that's in the works somewhere. Highly recommended them.
