Property Ratings at WESTWOOD VILLAGE
Mgmt does not enforce rules about storing non-patio items on balconies and tenants put curtains up that make blinds look messy and trashy. Grounds are kept tidy but apartments are dated. And don’t ask for an update because it won’t happen. Even for a 3 year long tenant who pays their rent on time.
I have lived in two different apartments here over the last three years. I moved to a two bedroom from a 1 bedroom to have an office. Anyways the apartments are well taken care of by the staff and the staff is friendly. There are security guards at night that walk the property so that is a nice bonus. Overall I have really like my living here and have never had any problems with anything. One note the 2 bedroom side can be quite a bit more noisy then the 1 bedroom side. This is due to families but its not too bad.

We love where we live, were close to everything Doctors, Hospital n close exit to the freeways. My husband can't b moving to apartment to apartments were already up in age. We love are little apartment just right for us.

My boyfriend and I have been living here for three years now. We love living here! The ladies at the office are awesome! They're helpful and friendly. They are quick to respond to your questions and concerns. They have holiday events, summer bbqs so the community can get to know each other. The landscape is well maintained. The complex has lots of shade and quiet. They have a grassy area with a huge tree near the pool. It's a wonderful place to sit and relax. We are renting a studio apartment and its a good size. The apartment has a good size kitchen and two closets, the backyard is a good size as well for our two dogs. We are definitely staying at Westwood Village Apartments.
