As much as I like the Wexler apartments, there always seems to be a maintenance issue, slow WiFi from time to time, and the mailing inconveniences.
The staff are very helpful and nice and the units are modern, very good, with walking distance to campus, very cheap and great for time management
I really enjoy it here, the only downside I would say is the parking. But other than that very clean and the resources offered and raffles they offer are fun!

A dope and friendly environment that is perfect for students, crazy nice amenities (the gyms my favorite) but the club room and pool are fire too.

Wexler is pretty great love my apartment, it is super nice for the price my only annoyances are their failure to enforce the no smoking on the property, the elevators always smell so bad, and the latch key situation is kinda annoying I wish we were just given physical key cards instead of using an app that takes forever and doesn’t work like a third of the time. Other than that wexler is great and would highly recommend it to any students looking for housing

The managerial staff are extremely unpleasant, except Jacob. There’s a maintenance problem multiple times every month it is just an inconsistent living place and currently it’s unfit for anybody to enjoy their stay

It's nice having all of the amenities and community events that Wexler offers, and the location of the apartment complex is convenient. One big reason for why I give this review 3 stars is because my housemates and I dealt with water temperature issues for 3 months, and despite all of the work orders that we put in, they were not able to fix the issue immediately and did nothing to reimburse us for the time that we had problems with the hot water.

Genereally good, however I do have afre issues. One of them being security can be rude and also takes pictures of me randomly which makes me very uncomfortable and frustrated. Secondly, in my unit i wish think sink was able to move similarly to the one in the club room and also had any storage because there is little to none. aside from these wexler is a nice place to live, the events make the experince more fun and lively and i'm pretty satisfied.

I’ve been living at The Wexler for a while now, and honestly, it’s been a great experience. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Sac State, which makes getting to class super easy. No more stressing over parking on campus! The apartments themselves are modern and well-designed. My unit has a ton of natural light, and the kitchen is sleek with updated appliances. The space is great for both studying and hanging out. The walls are pretty solid, so I don’t hear my neighbors too much, which is a huge plus. One of my favorite things about living here is the amenities. The gym is open 24/7, so I can get a workout in whenever it fits my schedule. The pool and clubhouse are also nice for unwinding after a long day. They even host community events, which is a fun way to meet people. Overall, I’d definitely recommend The Wexler to anyone looking for a great place to live near Sac State. It’s comfortable, convenient, and has everything you need for a solid living experience

I’ve been staying with a friend at the wexler because of personal problems. The environment, the building, SOME of the many people I’ve met; everything is lovely and I can envision myself here . I decided to move into a room here myself and I move in the 15. I’m very excited to have my own space and also get to school on time. I’m around a lot of resources to help me in my day to day so it’s very convenient. I’m right in the middle of both my jobs so I’m able to get there on reasonable time. Very grateful for this opportunity because life has been chaotic and depressing for a while.

It will be my 2 year leasing at the Wexler. What I love about the community is the convenience of walking to Sac State campus. I like the gym and the yoga room. Also having free printing is great too because I don’t have to worry about printing at the library. I look forward to the improvements being made at the Wexler. The monthly giveaways and activities are a great way to interact with your neighbors too! I wished there was more accessible garage floor spaces. I accidentally scratched my car on the side of the garage wall and it sucks lol. Since the garage space is tight and the mirror on the corners don’t help because people who drive in and out almost hit each other. I hope there’s a way to improve the garage since there’s limited parking spots.

It’s okay. My view on it has changed. A lot of the appliances have been needing to be fixed. Our rooms are okay. The items in my room are kinda cheap and are broken. The amenities we have are okay but they don’t clean or change things regularly. Other than that it’s sufficient.

It’s been a good experience I just don’t like how they gave me a good price and the moment I was filing out my application they told me a whole different price.
I recently completed my move-in, and overall, it was a pretty smooth experience with a few minor bumps along Check-in was straightforward, with friendly staff ready to help. The All in all, it was a good experience with a supportive environment. The process could be improved with a bit more organization around high-traffic areas like the elevators and parking, but everything else went well.

My living experience at the wexler has been great, although there have been a little complications. Our air conditioning went out in our apartment, and it took a while to get fixed, but the wexler handled this problem greatly. With compensation to all of my roommates, they are always very nice and friendly, and are always able to answer questions

The property is beautiful l, and also the community is really engaging since I work a lot i tend to miss out on events. But everyone is respectful and mindful, even if parties happen they are pretty much lowkey they rarely get loud and disturbing but you gotta remember this is a college apartment complex. College students will be college students and I lived at the element which was a horrible experience Wexler is definitely the best student off campus apartments by far
So far everything about the Wexler apartment complex has been great. From the security, to the cleanliness, to my own room. Everything has been up to standard. The service here has been excellent as everyone is very helpful and kind.

Clean, Pretty Quiet, Nice Amenities. The gym facility is convenient as it is 24 hours. All leasing and cleaning staff are sweet and considerate!
Affordable prices (depending on unit), a location by the school, a gym, a pool, Wi-Fi provided, furnished, and a garage. Events and activities are held at the place. However, I wish there was guest parking. You have to follow certain rules, and guest(s) too.
I’ve had a decent time here besides the constant mold build up in my bathtub. The amenities are nice, such as the club room since me and my boyfriend like to play pool from time to time.

The apartment is very clean and active, I like how there are many events to bring together the residents and to enjoy living there. I also like how it is only for students.
Experience has been great. I have submitted a few mainteance requests and they were completed within a timely manner. I have seen the upgrades to landscaping which has looked good and nice resident events for us.
This is an amazing apartment, I would 10/10 suggest. Their internet is amazing by itself. You can easily play games while doing homework, at efficient speed!

Great staff and amenities!! The location is close to the university, so I can walk or take the bus to school when I don’t want to drive. There’s a lot of food places nearby to grab lunch at.
Overall a okay place to live. Jacob in the office is very nice and helps the renters. Gym is small and limited. Doors break easy. Not too safe from intruders, there’s a homeless lady who basically lives in the courtyard.

Things are very unorganized and can some times be hectic! The wifi can be down for multiple days and this is supposed to be a complex for students to live comfortably.

I really like the building! Living here has been great so far! My only issues were during move in days because I had issues with the utilities and cleanliness of the rooms. After getting those issues solved with the maintenance team, living here has been really nice, and I enjoy it!
Very fast and easy to get settled in! The reward came in just as promised when signing the lease! Nearby to where I need to be and pricing is not too bad!
I enjoy all of the events that welxer puts on as well as the amenities that are available! There were a few issues with my parking spot when moving in and have had a couple of minor issues with my apartment but they have all been easily fixed!
Overall, Wexler is efficient at getting things done and addressing problems promptly. There are many great amenities and opportunities to meet new people.
Awesome, I got a free 200$ for referring my friend to the apartments! All I had to do was click a link and select what gift I wanted. Also the staff have been very helpful in general for all of my problems. The only problem I have is that I accidentally parked in the wrong spot(my fault), but when another resident called the office they did not notify me, they just told the person to call a tow truck. :(

Wexler is a great place to live, the other residents are nice, the staff is nice and the amount of events they have are awesome. There’s always something to go and it’s location is very optimal to other nearby stores.

It Is a beautiful home with private bathrooms. The pool is relaxing and beautiful. I love some evening swimming and lounging while reviewing current market analysis. The study lounge is beautiful as well with good chargers and free coffee. The office always has workers available. My Wexler resident rewards went through, helping students with a few extra needs. Public transit with student RT is quickly and easily accessible. All of the banks and shopping locations are within walking distance. You have quick and easy drop off boxes for packages from markets or Amazon delivery. So far Wexler has put a lot of effort into helping with any student needs along the way.
