Es un condominio muy bueno me encanta por tanta tranquilidad,pero hace unos meses eso ya se está acabando nos han rallado el carro por dos ocasiones no tenemos parque donde vivimos tenemos q parquear en otros parques fueras de mi instalación muchos carros por apartamentos carros entrando en contras creo q deberían poner un respeto con la cantidad de carro por casa

Rent is constantly increasing. Construction is constant but never finished. Units have mold and people smoke indoors. Loud neighbors, rowdy behavior, fast driving cars, etc. NOT a safe place to live.

I've been living here almost a year. My apartment is spotless. (Son has OCD)Having trouble with roaches and now mice. I don't, I won't recommend this place to anyone. ??

You have to call everyday to see if there is a apartment available since there is no waiting list. First come first served. Very quite and peaceful I haven’t had any problems. Management is good if you communicate with them. Nice community for the price and nice apartment size for the price there are cameras in the parking lot. Also the brick walls in the apartments are gorgeous

Lady answered the phone and stopped me to order food then talks to someone else then puts me on hold. Tried to call back and she hanged up my call, that’s so unprofessional!

Was in search of an apartment in Louisville and found this place due to the low prices compared to other apartment complexes. I soon found out the office staff is less than helpful and seemed bothered when I asked any questions. Also they will not let you view the apartment you are signing for until a few days before you sign the actual lease. So they have you blindly invest in a space that you have no idea what it looks like. So I did not move forward with this company and would not recommend this place to anyone I know.

they spray for bugs regularly. they also would spray within a week if i requested it. maintenance is prompt. never had a problem living there. they changed the carpet before I moved in. only downside is that they're old buildings, it gets humid in the summer and very dry in the winter. never felt unsafe there.

I have been living here going on 2 years and will continue to live here. Maintenance and leasing office is avalance 7 days a week. Buildings and conplex are well kept. No bug problem Quiet complex. People are friendly. Conveniently located near gas station, jefferson mall, grocery stores, Movie theater, resturants, schools, post office, bowling alley, brown Mackie college, GE Plant and others. Most importantly rent is affordable. No big deposits before moving in. Has Studio, 1 and 2 bedroom. Some are washer and dryer hookups. Water is included . Lg&E is not included but very affordable. There are cheap and well kept Laundromats in the area. pets are welcome.
