I enjoy living here and I love my neighbors. The complex is not without its problems but management works hard to resolve them. Overall I feel comfortable and safe here.

Excellent facility The manager is experience and very pleasant to deal with.

So far it’s kind of below average. Just lucky I have a beautiful family that can always distract the negative impact of things. Still a hole in the hall closet, master toilet doesn’t work and 3 days past scheduled maintenance. The living room porch door is so old and chipped you can literally feel the cold wind from outside blowing in along with the carpet by the door getting wet everytime it rains/snows. Grateful to have a roof over my head, just irritated I didn’t spot these issues beforehand to make my family as comfortable as possible. Horrible line of communication as you can’t into contact with ANYONE. Is what it is

I love it here because it is so peaceful. Not too much noise and quiet. The apartment layout is so nice. Very very nice floors. I love the patio. I love everything about my apartment and the area.

I love my apartment complex. The apartments are spacious. I have had very little maintenance issues and when I did they were taken care of quickly. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment

Clean, quiet, inconspicuous place to live. Moved in about a month ago, the staff is great, the community is great, and the apartments themselves are very nice.

I enjoy living in this community I enjoy my apartment never had any problems that wasn’t addressed in a timely manner would definitely recommend

Living here has been an absolute nightmare no one is ever at the office they don’t answer nor return calls maintenance is slim to nun and when they do come they just put a bandage on the situation or how about my Apt didn’t work for an entire summer and the only resolution they offered was to put not one but two portable air conditioners in my apartment that only ran my utility bill up because it sure didn’t cool anything or wait let’s talk about how my floor been coming up glue everywhere from cheap installation but want to continue to go up on the rent 100% don’t recommend even if you’re desperate

Wonderful place to live love the community the rooms are spacious on site personnel helpful and professional and I absolutely love having a garage along with assigned parking spot

Whispering Oaks is a secure, quiet, and attractive apartment community. The well-maintained community is conveniently located within three minutes of major shopping malls/centers, restaurants, as well as I-40.

Their is poor lighting in the area. Outside light in more than one apt building need lights replace. I think it is unexceptable that you have to pay for a locksmith if you get locked out of your home when you have a property manager that lives on site,

poor office staff,poor maintenance,never in the office, never get anything fix, mice running around in the apartment,
