Whispering Oaks continually upgrades its units, bringing in new amenities on an ongoing basis. The apartments are larger than most in the area and include a lot of bang for the bucks! Centrally located, Whispering Oaks makes commuting a breeze. You won't find a better Manager than Anna and Jose is on top of any maintenance issues you may have. Both are professional and quick to respond to your needs!

Superior Property Management and Maintenance Staff
I have had the privilege of occupying my apartment for the 4th year and can positively state that the apartment manager and maintenance staff have superior knowledge of Property Management which is one of the toughest jobs to undertake. The Apartment Manager consistently makes professional and fair judgments each day by utilizing the knowledge that has been accumulated over a long period of time. Observing the actions of Tenants and accepting the challenges of enforcing ever-changing Government Rules and Regulations presents the extreme challenge to not become judgmental, in executing the role of Property Management. I have been extremely pleased with the consistent abilities of the property manager to provide fairness to all tenants. The ability to provide consistent management to this property makes it the finest business operation that I have ever occupied. I only wish is that all property managers had the same degree of knowledge and temperament in executing the job responsibilities of property management. To the maintenance staff, I will provide you with the valued 5 STAR Rating for excellence in performing your maintenance duties on this property. Superior response time, competent knowledge of troubleshooting, repair, or replacement decisions by maintenance staff. Ongoing personal greetings at all times by the maintenance staff, alone make a difference to me as I wish to recognize the pride that the staff places in the performance of the ongoing duties.

Whispering Oaks has been a wonderful place to live. The Management is very accommodating and professional as well as friendly and that goes for the maintenance team as well. The location is great with easy access to the highway and shopping areas. Beautiful appearance too.
