Worst apartment experience ever
The office manager is never at work, there is a permanent residency of ants that lives under carpet and tile, it takes threatening to call the corporate office to get anything done. The apartments themselves look like they were remodel in the seventy's which they never allow anyone to view them until the lease is signed and basically moving in. I had my rent raised $94 in the middle of my lease and was told it was because of new property owners and blah blah blah but that all late payments will be penalize a $100 late fee.... And please let's not get into the a/c units that are actual floor units that you would see in a cheap motel in the 90's.....I wish someone would have 4 warn me about the place

nice two story apartment close to downtown
Apartment are three bedroom two and a half bath two floors plan tiled bathrooms and first floor with berber carpets upstairs granite countertops one car garage nice little back yard and a clubhouse that has a workout room and a pool most apartment where bult in 06 some are newer close to shopping one of the few downfalls is the parking if you have more than two cars
