Welcome to Whitcomb court
I am a resident in the Whitcomb court housing projects and so far I have tookn notice of drug activity a bunch of drug users all up and down the street young men on corners it's Not SAFE in this community OK I have heard many gunshots and I haven't been in the community that long i am a single mother with four children and I promise you RRHA I Will be gone once I get on my feet better &they can keep this jungle of a mess its not safe and if you have no choice then I strongly advise you to stay out the way and most importantly stay to YOURSELF this is supposed to be housing project for families but its a drug invested drug dealers gun shooters playground pray for my people

RRHA - Only 1 good thing, it's affordable
RRHA(Richmond Redevelopment & Housing Authority) is subsidized housing that is rent controlled and based on income. The units are substandard, no-frills and built of cinderblock and vinyl floors. Definitely unattractive. Our objective and goal is to be able to move to a nicer apartment complex (or even a small house) where we won't be afraid to go out after dark and don't have to listen to constant gunfire and fights.

I pay too much rent for where I leave they pray on the weak.I have 7 children I tk care by myself and am on a fix income
