Property Ratings at White Bear Royal
Great place to live at if u like a quiet place and a clean place also reasonable in price for an apartments and with a very helpful staff I highly recommend white Bear royal apartments
I've been here since May of 2022. It's been great seeing the improvements to the property since I've moved in. The property manager is great to work with if there are ever any issues with the unit, other tenants, or on the property in general. (So much so that we decided to work with her as caretakers.) The indoor, year round pool is great - but always room for improvement. It would be awesome to see some upgrades to the party room. (P.S. - the gym and pool are open.)
As of 10/03/2020, the gym & pool are unfortunately closed. New management has done a good job at working toward improving security, quickly solving maintenance requests, & making sure the grounds & inside of the complex is kept clean. I've been living here for over a year & I'm satisfied with the effort that is continuously put in to keep this place looking great.
I would like to say Irene has been a pleasure to work with. She is so accommodating and VERY friendly. You can tell she really cares about her tenants and the property she manages. Rachael Lee
