Property Ratings at White Horse Gardens
I would never tell anyone to move there. The best advice I could give. Not a place for good people who like to live descent and respectful. The place needs to be cleaned, exterminated from rodents and roaches due to uncleanliness. Furniture thrown out for garbage is dumped in parking lot area and remains there for days and you have no idea where the furniture being dumped there comes from. Garbage and used condoms can be found on ground in parking area as if there's something going on out there in the night??? My goodness. People have stated they've had others knocking on their doors in the late night hours when they were sleeping, etc. I would stay away unless you are desperate and definitely have no place else to go. God bless America when living comes to this.
