Property Ratings at White Oak Gardens
Out of all the places I have lived this is by far one of the "nicest" areas and comfortable living situations I have been in. Its a 30 unit building established with young professionals and a hint of some older jewish couples. Everyone is friendly, quiet and polite. The units are equipped with a washer and dryer inside as well as a dishwasher. The space is spacious with high ceilings and the balcony areas is surrounded by trees that gives you a soothing vibe for those summer balcony readings. The appliances and ambiance is modern luxury. The gym is equipped with nice workout equipment and a sauna for after that workout sweat. The management team is also very fast responding when encountering a problem or needing assistance. If you're looking for a cozy living situation with an area thats nice to jog at night or walk to the store and neighborhood restaurants , this is a great location. The 101 freeway is also right across the street for an easy highway access. Thats convenient for visitors who travel and have to take a freeway route. Nothing is more annoying than a long freeway drive and then a street drive to reach your destination. I highly recommend White Oak Gardens.
