Louisville is the largest city in Kentucky, resting alongside the Ohio River on the Kentucky-Indiana border. The architecture in Louisville is a mix of old and new, with historic neighborhoods comprised of Victorian houses and towering skyscrapers scattered throughout the downtown area, many of which contain upscale apartments and condos available for rent.
The amenities in Louisville are just as diverse as the architecture. Renting in Louisville affords you the opportunity to see the famous Kentucky Derby at Churchill Downs, learn more about a boxing legend at the Muhammad Ali Center, and meet a range of animals at the Louisville Zoo. The city’s award-winning restaurant scene is an exemplary display of Southern cooking. Just outside the city lies the Louisville Mega Cavern, a vast underground space offering a broad range of adventurous attractions.

Property Ratings at White Oak Park Apartments
First thing is first the apartment manager is in the office maybe 1/2 days out of the week. When you make a maintenance request it will take a few days MINIMUM for them to come fix whatever it is. You will never get a returned phone call from the apartment manager nor ever be able to get ahold of her. The fitness center is a complete joke. It is so small not that many people could be in there. The apartments themselves are nice but the management is so horrid I would not recommend this place to anybody they are not worth your money.
The apartments are nice, but dated. The kitchens are tiny and the halls are narrow. When we lived there, several of the neighbors were pot smokers, making it hard to go in and out without smelling it. The manager NEVER returns calls and is NEVER available in the office. She will be in the office with the door locked, and watch you knocking while she just sits there. Find somewhere else to live.
I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone in the office regarding an application for MONTHS, it’s unfortunate because I really liked these apartments and wanted to move in.
Horrible not worth 715 a month... Needs a pool or a park instead it builds a storage unit in the back of the apartments.. I wish I would have looked around some more before I moved in here.. I think these apartments are worth $600 a month instead of $715
I have been living in white oak park apartments for 2.5 years. Only 2 things i would change is the lack of storage and no play area for kids. Too dangerous to let kids play in the street
my experience in this apartment was good at first. They took care of any problems that I might have had. For the last almost year however I have been dealing with a BIG mouse problem that the new owners just don't seem to want to see fixed. The mice are popping on our stove,in the pantry and have even chewed 2 holes in my couch. Right now we are unable to move due to my financial situation, but as soon as we can we will be seeking other apartments or houses to rent. I have a young son and a new wife and they should not be subjected to this. It has been this entire year I have dealt with this problem and it just won't go away.
