Property Ratings at White Oak Townhomes
Let me just start off by saying this place is beautiful. Everything is brand new and completely redone from top to bottom. Levi, the manager is a pleasure to deal with and is always very quick to respond by call, text or email. If you are looking for a quite community to cal your home I recommend to take a look at this place.
This is a great nice little place to live. I love my new home and Levi the manager has been great through the entire process. Very respectful, punctual and always there to help. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone considering moving to the area.
Levi, the property manager was extremely unhelpful, bordering disrespectful. I was interested in this property as it appears to be freshly remodeled and near my job. After several trips to the complex, and being met with a vacant leasing office, I decided to call to set up a tour and get general information. No one answered, but my phone call was returned a few hours later via text. I told Levi that I would like to meet at the leasing office to get some general information to see if White Oak was for me. He was seemingly unwilling to meet at the leasing office by repeatedly ignoring my my request. I repeatedly asked him questions about the complex such as: how much were rent, deposit, admin fees, applications fees, due dates, and internet providers. He sent me an default image that only answered half of my questions and then ignored all of my text for weeks. It was not until I told him that I would be looking elsewhere because of his bad customer service that he responded. If this is the treatment that I receive before I sign a lease, I would hate to image how he treats tenants. I would not recommend even considering this place as long as Levi is present.
