I love living here. Everything is taken care of in a timely and professional manner. The property is maintained very well and the property is very clean.
I am happy living here, it's very quite and peaceful. The only issue I have is that on numerous occasions I have notice there are dog poop on the grass outside patio door.
I love living here. Everything is made so easy. It is centrally located. Guest parking is easy and available. The apartments are well taken care of.
Beautiful apartment, built with high end in mind. Rooms are very spacious, the development is spotless and so far my neighbors are very nice and I have only been here one day. I am very happy with my choice to rent at White Oaks.
Just moved in to White Oaks at Wilton and absolutely love our apartment. We have 2 dachshunds and enjoy the peaceful walks around the area. The leasing agent, Danielle was a wonderful help our leasing process and settling us in.
It’s a nice place to live, and getting to see the beautiful fall sunsets. I’m on the third floor. The grounds are well kept with green grass and nice plantings. We like it here.

No presence of staff. Property needs to be walked daily. People don’t follow rules don’t pick up after their dogs. Leave trash on their balconies.

It has been such a pleasure moving to this community, TJ from maintenance is amazing :) the apartment is so cute and cozy, we feel like home and my girls are extremely happy
Rent is extremely high. Leasing office is extremely inflexible about lease terms which frustrate many renters.
My rating is for maintenance services. The maintenance service has been excellent because of Oscar, who really spends time and effort to understand the issue and resolve quickly. He always provides a resolution. But I am neutral to recommend the apartment community based on my experience over last 1 year. Many services have been average to below expectations on society cleanliness and the snow cleaning has been extremely poor.
Yes! I would recommend the community because the service that I got was very quick, left clean also the community is well kept so clean.
A certain convenience; the property is well maintained and management is willing to meet residents requests:repairs are made in a timely manner; neighbors behave themselves
The cleanliness of the community seems to have gone down hill. The garbage and recyling area is very dirty and filled with bugs. The cement needs to be power washed and kept clean. The entry to my building has mold on the cement for months. Its not very appealing for me or my guests to walk on the cement. Additionally, the carpeting is old and outdated. It really needs replacing more often then it has been.
The apartment is clean, comfortable, and the outside is well kept
I would always tell people what a great place it is to Live. In fact I have spoken to a professional Person all about it.
It is not good living here. New management does not listen. Better deals elsewhere in Wilton. People don’t clean up after their dogs and plumbing constantly needs attention. It’s a mess.
Based on the maintenance responsiveness and the expertise and helpfulness of your staff, we would certainly recommend White Oaks Wilton Thank you!
YES
The apartment complex is well maintained, very clean and well managed. The apartments themselves are modern and well equipped. The floor plans are probably the only negative aspect of the units. Although they are somewhat large (approximately 1500 square feet), the layout is not well utilized. A lot of space is used by the stairs and the family room and dining room areas are small and a bit cramped. Other than that I love living here. The neighbors are courteous.
