Property Ratings at White Pine Townhomes and Apartments
My partner and our dog lived at WP for 7 years while I was in grad school nearby. I would highly recommend it! The staff is wonderful, and maintenance is quick and friendly. There is plenty of storage onsite. A nice community vibe with people of all ages, families, etc. The location on the bus line and near a large public park with wooded trails and a lot of open green space makes this very pleasant. I often took runs at the small college next door as well. Plenty of good parking. The apartments are spacious, if dated; fine for our needs. Again, highly recommended!
I thoroughly enjoyed my time at White Pine, and would have renewed had my job not taken me elsewhere. The apartments are a nice size with tons of storage. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept, there's ample space to park... I was fortunate enough that my sliding doors looked out onto a row of trees that deer would frequent! The complex is pet-friendly with few restrictions, there's plenty of areas for walks and a large park right next door. The staff was great! Maintenance was very responsive and friendly, and Amy even found a set of keys I'd dropped once and contacted me just because she recognized the logo on the lanyard - total life saver! The price was comparable to other units in the area that I viewed, and with low pet-rent and most utilities included it was very competitive, especially for the quality! I was sad to leave but would recommend to anyone.
I've lived here for 8 years and completely love it. One of the biggest pros is the staff, they are incredible. Maintenance is friendly, quick, and helpful. They work their tails off year round, especially during the snowstorms. The office manager is nice and helpful. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, and there is plenty of parking. The lawns and landscaping is kept up throughout the year, and there are many options for walking. Very dog-friendly as well. Can't say enough good things about this place.
I have lived at White Pine for over 12 years and I would recommend the complex. The apartments are roomy, with plenty of closet space and even a crawl space for additional storage. The maintenance staff is hard-working and they do a great job of clearing snow and ice in the winter. Amy, the office manager, is helpful and responds to requests quickly. I would prefer an in-unit washer and dryer but to me that is the biggest drawback.
The staff is extremely helpful and accomodating whenever you have a problem or request. The location is perfect living if you work for or go to any of the local colleges and universities (Princeton, Rider, and TCNJ). It is an older property and needs some landscaping and property work in places, but overall, it's a very good place to live. Very pet friendly and plenty of parking for guests. It would be nice if there were a few amenities for the price; such as washer/dryer in apartment, but there is the luxury of having a large park next door and a discount to use the local universities (Rider's) gym facilities.
We have been at White Pines almost a year and we love it. Between the reasonable price apartments, the spacious bedrooms, and the commute with being relatively close to major highways like Rt 1 and 295 is a plus. Maintenance is always very helpful and management is super friendly and nice! I couldn't ask for a better place to live, me and my husband love it. It's a nice quiet place to live and everyone is nice. I recommend White Pines to everyone!
I have lived at White Pine Apartments for 20 years. It is a wonderful place in which to live. I recommend it heartily.
I've lived at White Pine twice, so that in its self speaks volumes. The apartments are spacious, the neighborhood is quiet and nice. Management and maintenance go above and beyond to meet my needs! I'm a very happy tenant!!
Truthfully have had any bad experiences here. Apartments are decent and they are dog friendly. The maintenance guys are on call 24/7 and are very nice. Close to Princeton and right next to Rider University.
I am a student at Rider University and this apartment complex is literally right next to campus. Besides from the reasonable prices, the management is very helpful whenever a problem presents itself.
I lived in White Pine with my fiancé for two years in a second floor 1 bed 1 bath apartment. Over that time we also had two dogs in the apartment. The White Pine staff was always helpful and very nice to work with. I would fully recommend living here!
We went to see White Pines for a tour and we did like the layout and the space of the townhouse that was available but since the tenants that previously lived there and just moved out a few days before left it a complete mess it was really hard to say how it will look when it is cleaned and redone. Wish it had a washer/dryer in the unit that would be a plus but overall its a nice development and spacious. Also wish it had some amenities for the price they are asking for.
