I had been renting for a long time and the customer services agent is excellent. Good Maintenance, Good community, good neighbors. i recommend the property because everything is closed. Good school are it, Parks and great people who work at the office management.
Management is extremely responsive to any and all requests! Inside of apartments are renovated and homey!
Wonderful, small apartment community in a convenient East Dallas location. Walking distance to Starbucks, Tom Thumb, restaurants, wide variety of gyms (White Rock YMCA, CrossFit, etc.), and White Rock Lake. Close to the Arboretum. High end finishes, Google home system, security cameras monitor every inch of property, even though area feels safe and comfortable. AC units well kept and maintained especially in summer. Attentive and responsive management - none of the hassles of huge apartment community living. Cannot say enough good things about this community!
I loved my time here so much. Loved the apartment, so so cute & renovated. AMAZING area and rent prices. Management is responsive and helpful. 10/10 recommend.
These properties have been renovated properly, not just a "fresh" look that is surface level. There are a small number of units and limited amenities, but the units are spacious and comfortable. You won't have the big apartment woes here. Lots of cameras, feels very safe and secure. Management has been friendly and easy to deal with as well. One of the more stress-free apartment experiences I've had for sure.
I had a pleasant experience at White Rock Views Apartments. The staff was professional and quick to respond to any queries I had. The location is excellent, with easy access to White Rock Lake, trails, and restaurants/breweries. The units are modern, with high-end appliances and technology. I would recommend it to others!
