Property Ratings at Whitehall Apartments
Lived here for 2 years and never had an issue. The couple of maintenance requests we had were taken care of easily. The size of the bedrooms have spoiled me for any other apartments, seriously they're huge! Theresa was always very kind and the maintenance guy was friendly. Neighbors were all quiet and as a woman I felt totally fine coming home at 11pm-midnight after work, it's well lit and never any shady characters around. Would live here again if circumstances allowed and definitely recommend it to other people.
The manager and maintenance man will fine you for anything and everything. Maintenance will “get done” but not get fixed. When you talk to manager she will be disrespectful. I’ve gotten multiple fines with the manager claiming no to do a walk through, yet she never shows up to do so. Things have been stolen from my apartment and car while living here. Manager does nothing to help or prevent. Don’t live here.
The manger and the maintenance man will find any reason to give you a fine. I’ve seen numerous of times the maintenance man looking into peoples cars looking for something that match the items he’s found on the ground. Please do not rent here
I am thinking about renting here. I did a drive by the other evening. Seems like a good and quiet neighborhood. The parking lot and area was well lit. Made an appointment for a showing and everybody seemed very nice and helpful. I think I am going to apply and see if I get accepted. I will update my review after living here.
This apartment is bigger than the houses we looked at that were about the same price. I love the master bedroom, it's huge and so is the closet! Only complaint is that they allow smoking inside the units so sometimes I can smell smoke from my neighbors below me, but I guess it's worse walking through it when they're outside. Nobody seems to know how to park straight though. Maintenance is quick and efficient.
I have lived in several apartments here at Whitehall since 1996. It is a very nice place. I live right next to the pool and enjoy hearing the kids have fun in it. It is funny when it gets dark and the older kids get in and you can hear them playing Marco Polo. Cracks me up! I love my one bedroom apartment, because it is very spacious. I have two walk in closets in my very large bedroom. One I keep all my collectbles. Like hats, baseball cards, football cards, suits and memorabelia from my past, like my Marine Corps boot camp Pysical Fitness attire. in the other closet are my jeans, slacks, shoes and duffel bag with my Marine Corps gear encase I got called up back in the Desert Storm War. I was on standby, because I had three years of training in supply in the desert mobily. I live downstairs, because I am handicapped with two prosthetics. There are rarely any crimes committed here like there is at the next apartment complex.
