Property Ratings at Whitehall Estates
I been at Whitehall estates since 2019…..my very first official apartment and I’m still here…..it’s chilled here in the community….maintenance workers are so nice, they speak when they are around the neighborhood, they fix things in a timely manner. Things happen everywhere as far as crime, the only thing I would change would be for them to install cameras, but other than that they have security that ride around here and there.

Few things make us happier than satisfied residents! We are so pleased that you enjoy calling Whitehall Estates your home! Please let us know if there is anything you need to continue to love your home!
I’ve been living here for over a year and I can’t complain! Anytime I have an issue, it gets resolved, by either maintenance or the leasing office. Everyone’s pretty friendly including neighbors! Lots of kids and doggos which is great! But one thing I like the most is that its in a good location! All grocery stores, shopping malls, parks, and the airport are very close and some are even walking distance!

-5 Stars GUN SHOOTING, Cockroaches, and over priced for the disrespect. I had 3 bullets come into my window, called maintenance that night and took them 3 days to put a wood covering over the UNSECURED window. Roughly took them 3/4 weeks to replace the window without the replacing the blinds? You got to be joking me. I emailed them twice and no response. The professionalism or therefore lack of. Don’t rent from here. I feel for my safety now and it’s sad. I pay a lot of rent money for what? Clearly not safety or comfort knowing things are going to be handled! The lack of communication and response is ridiculous as well. This should’ve been handled the NEXT day after the SHOOTING! Just sad and pathetic for apartment complex. Cockroaches everywhere and you pay for pest control. The toilet seat wasn’t sealed, doors weren’t secured upon move in. Just overall a mess. Due to some uncomfortable circumstances I have to stay here till I can move which will hopefully be soon. Not an ideal situation to be in if you ask me. Mentally scarred from the 3 bullets that came into my apartment and they not immediately fixing the window and blinds. I’m a clean person so waking up to multiple huge cockroaches at night and not being able to sleep isn’t worth it anymore. I spray on my own and have been trying my best to get rid of them before I move. I don’t trust this apartment complex anymore and can’t wait to upgrade my apartment away from this uncomfortable location. I am excited to get away from the cockroaches as well if I can.
Good points: I love the trees that are around the property. It is for the most part quiet. Occasional noise but quiet except for the airplanes. I've had no issues with maintenance. They are so nice and they fix my issues pretty quickly. I wish the maintenance staff was the leasing office staff. Location is really good if you don't have a car. Bad points: They changed the very nice group of people maybe a few months ago. They did not send an email or anything letting us know. I went into the office for something and the energy with those new people are terrible. I read other reviews that say that the guy is telling people he is a temp but he has been there for a few months now. I don't want to even see them. Valet trash is terrible. The company that picks it up are really good about that. It is the lazy neighbors who leave their trash and trash cans out ALL DAY and we are supposed to have certain hours we leave the trash out so they can pick it up. The trash compactor is a short walk or short drive away and they will leave it out by the door. I have so many photos of this on different days. It looks tacky, it is embarrassing, it stinks and causes bugs and management does nothing about it. This is part of the reason they are losing me as a good tenant, someone who pays her rent on time every month and who does not cause issues. Neighbors drop trash all over the ground and stairs. They don't clean it up. They think maintenance is supposed to do that. And maintenance does clean up what they can see but one time there was trash on the steps for about two week that maintenance would not have caught. I purposely tried to see if any of the neighbors would clean it up as an experiment and no one did, just to see. I finally took a broom and dust pan to clean it up. The buildings are dirty and are missing pieces on the stairs and has cracks, etc. Appliances in the home are old. Make sure if you see the model home, the appliances are comparable. I am definitely moving when my lease is up. Like I said the new group in the leasing office as of 6/28/2022 has made this decision easy in addition to the rental rate. WALK THE GROUNDS of the property. Walk the stairs and you will see trash sitting out in the middle of a hot summer day.
Whitehall estates is conveniently located at an intersection where you have the ability to walk to restaurants, fast food places, grocery stores, etc. It's also provides easy access to interstates 485 and 77.
This is a wonderful place to live, every place had its ups and downs but I've been here almost 7 years and I still love the place
The rent is reasonable, location is great and the staff is awesome
Staff are very helpful and property upgrades are appreciated. Too many fast drivers on the complex for my liking. Windows have fogged glass. That should be the next universal upgrade.
The apartment complex is kept clean the staff is awesome and maintenance always comes quickly
I recommended my mom to move out here. she lives here.
Everyone has al ads been professional, kind , efficient and showed genuine concern for my family as residents
Maintenance has always been far superior here compared to where I lived previously. You have good and kind people who do excellent work, and always communicate if there are any delays, ordering parts, etc.
Parking is tough, limited for any guests to visit. Although I understand the reasons behind it but I think more it is really tough if I wanted my children to visit.
Where I live the breeze way was Always a problem
I would recommend the community based on the location, cleanliness, and the leasing office always keeps its tenants aware of what's going on and also the politeness of the staff members.
From day one moving in, all of my maintenance requests have always been taken care of without delays
This is my second time living at this community and I've always really enjoyed being here. I just wish that neighbors would be more respectful of other peoples need for peace and quiet as we enter into the summer
Perfect area close to a lot of the highways and restaurants
Staff was very nice and I felt comfortable the whole time.
Timely responses to maintenance requests. Personable maintenance staff who make me feel comfortable.
The maintenance staff are good and kind people and our issues are generally resolved quickly. If not, they keep us posted as to status of receiving parts or whatever.
Good rate for having W/D, dishwasher, and balcony. Also spacious. The neighborhood can be loud and disruptive at times though.
This place is amazing. I have had some crappy landlords but this company surely has restored my faith in some landlords
If you aren’t home much and you’re looking for an in and out spot, this would be perfect for you. However if you’re looking for peace, tranquility, and privacy with a low crime rate.. This isn’t for you, don’t expect much coming off South Tryon no matter how much you pay. Terrible traffic within the development, always loud in the whee hours of the night, Dirty grounds, trash everywhere.. Down right disgusting place to live!
YES
Lincoln property company is a poor company!!!! I live here currently and has been for 3 years!!!! I absolutely hate it since they came!!!! They are now implementing a parking pass policy which is a complete inconvenience to residents and guest!!!! DO NOT MORE HERE!!!! WOULD NO RECOMMEND!!!!
The leasing company RKW just aquire the property Whitehall Estates and it’s just been all down hill from that point. Whitney the property manager order my power to be turn of due to my bad survey I submit to the company on 2/15/2019 and had it restricted from being re-energized by the utility Company Duke Energy. I have a kids and that was so wrong of her to do that. I’m totally upset with her perfessionallism.
