I waited to see how things were during the weekend & I give this neighborhood a 5 star. This is such a great location with mindful neighbors. I never had to put in any maintenance requests because they literally came and asked if I needed anything else and fixed it right then and there. They were ON IT! This has been the easiest move in process and I am so happy with my apartment location. Definitely feels like I’m getting what I paid for!

My experience was crazy from the beginning. I moved in and noticed that there was a ton of ants in the kitchen cabinets, crawling up the wall in my daughters bedroom. It was a ton of ants on the baseboard, crawling around in her closet, crawling around in her bathroom crawling around. Appliances were not clean. There was ton of a ton of food. Left under appliances puzzle piece stuck to the kitchen floor, broken blinds, food or something stuck to the ceiling in the second bedroom the tubs were dirty and stained the drawers in the bathrooms, and in the kitchen were damaged on the inside. And also when I moved in, I had started my energy services the day before I moved in, so it will be ready for move-in. I came in and my patio door was left open, this was my worst moving experience ever. Now after a month it’s OK here the community is great. You can hear your neighbors but it’s whatever.

Living in Whitehall Park has been a great experience. It is a very clean, quiet neighborhood with good apartments. The attention of the staff is very good in any situation. Due to its location, Whitehall Park has immediate access to shopping centers and restaurants, as well as banks. It is a great place to live.

Overall the complex is good for it to be older. I have been here for 3 years and the issues I have are mainly because of the apartments being older. Turnover of staff of course but that’s expected and I would say high turnover of maintenance team

I have really enjoyed my stay with the Whitehall Oarc community. I've lived here since I've moved to Charlotte. I feel safe and it's very convenient to local stores, airport etc. I love that the office staff keeps us up to date with community activities or concerns. Overall a good place but you don’t get all of the amenities you pay for. Grills have been down for a month. Fire pit has been down for at least 8 months.

It's fine. It's overpriced, just like every other apartment in Charlotte. Gates stay broken for weeks sometimes, the only time the grass isn't littered with dog waste is after they mow, trash will stay piled in the hallways, sometimes maintenance is great, but sometimes they aren't, if you want anything done by the office staff you have to stay on top of them like you're their boss or they'll not do it. Make sure you look at the unit you're moving into before you sign anything because they will sometimes mislead you on floor plans and the layout of some of the apartments is actually just bad.

I love this community, but I am coming to the realization that there is almost no emergency maintenance to contact when in need of critical repairs. Attempting to reach out to after-hours maintenance will almost always direct you to voicemail because the call is never answered. If you’re lucky enough, you may receive a call back within a reasonable time frame. If not, then cross your fingers and pray your emergency doesn’t end up a catastrophe. Once again great community; I just wish there was an actual emergency maintenance hotline for people experiencing real emergencies. I write this review sitting in the driver's seat of my car because my apartment is currently inhospitable and unsafe. Staying in there long enough could potentially put me in a hospital bed or worse, all while waiting over an hour for a mere call back. Please fix this issue.

Do not move to this apartment complex, I lived here for over 2 years, I paid the penalty to move out before the end of the lease due to health issues, and they still sent me to collection for over $3,800, and I sent them proof of everything, and they still ignored my case. I was only supposed to pay less than $300 and they refused to accept my payment. I sent over 10 emails and they ignored every single one. Read all the negative comments they have so you can see this is not the first time this has happened.

Whitehall is one of the most complete residences I have seen. It has easy access to the highway with shopping centers, supermarkets and restaurants very close. It is a clean, safe and quiet area

For the monthly rate, you would think there would be more community events, access to the grill without having to sign up for a slot, and a larger fitness area. There are no elevators and not many apartments these days have carpet in living room spaces and poor lighting. Seems like the community could use some reconstruction.

So far I do really enjoy living at Whitehall Parc. I love how quiet the community is. I love how tucked away it is. My neighbors are quiet and respectable. And I do appreciate whatever issues I’ve brought up so far, staff has at least been nice and welcoming towards any issues or concerns. Most importantly, I love my apartment. It’s extremely spacious and modern for an affordable price. I wake up everyday with so much joy and gratitude. Thank you.

Whitehall Parc is a great community to live in. The apartment's have open floor plans, dark wood cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms. Great community events, food trucks, pool parties, etc. Excellent location for shopping. Easy access to I-85, I-77 and I-485.

Hello, we strive for 100% satisfaction, and it is great to see you had such a positive experience at Whitehall Parc Apartment Homes.
When I first moved in there were roaches in the apartment. My son just recently seen a roach crawling out of his drain. I feel rent is too expensive to be dealing with those types of issues.
