These apartments are beautiful and the location is superb. People complain about the parking, but I find the parking to be fine. The only complaint I have is that maintenance requests take weeks to months to be completed if they are completed at all. I would also like to see the clubhouse/pool be professionally maintained so that the hot tub is never broken or gross, the workout equipment is maintained and restocked, the community amenities(basketball court, clubhouse, etc) are organized and scheduled, leaves and snow removal are professionally maintained, etc.

The amenities are exceptional. Jennifer is an excellent face for the community does an excellent job mitigating the issues with her coworkers and maintenance staff constraints. Mannie who works with one of your contractors would be an asset to your maintenance staff. Not only did he level all the drawers that were rubbing and several facia coming off, and other things, he cleaned up after himself. I forget the name of the person who helped me last and he was as exceptional. Got everything complete above expectation and the tasks he didn't complete were beyond his control.

Terrible Customer Service
First I have to admit I am not a renter here, I am only commenting on the management group. I was in the market for apartments and contacted the leasing company about getting a virtual tour of one of these apartments. I attempted to do this twice and both times the leasing agent/staff member just flat out didn't show up for the previously-scheduled tour. The first time it happened I emailed the person who arranged the meeting and they offered to reschedule. When the same thing happened the second time I emailed the same person again-twice-and they just never replied to my email.

Nope never again
Management aka one person… is ruining this place faster the the downfall of Rome! Management is mean, unhelpful, and will lie in order to get out of hot water when in the wrong. Apartment leaks water thru windows, toilets flood, showers clog, washers/dryers consistently breaking! Horrible parking! Way overpriced! This week people were trying to break into multiple apartment's;( when they moved us in 8 months ago there was mold growing on the walls behind water heater and they said the previous tenant was smoking weed come to find out they never inspected the apartment clearly. Amenities break all the time. People trespassing break the amenities all the time as well… management has fully given up! If there is a regional manager out there you should consider figuring out what happens at this place ??. All the good residents are moving out leaving bad reviews. All the good reviews come from people that have lived here for one week thinking they’re in paradise until they’re not. Pls pls pls reconsider your options when considering moving here! I don’t wish this place even on my worst enemy!!!

A hidden gem on Quinns Pond is nestled between the String of Pearls parks on the Boise River Greenbelt. Truly breathtaking location and meticulous grounds, the property is managed by friendly and reasonable staff who take the time to be helpful. Visitor parking is regulated but allowed, so thats a bonus.

!DO NOT LIVE HERE!
Apartments are terrible. They booted my truck(100 dollars to take off) for parking over the line by two inches because the car on my left parked on the line. My gas has been siphoned. Cops are here every night in the summer. Kids break into cars all the time. Appliances are broken. Covid rules are not followed. Overall a terrible place to live.

Whitewater Park Apartments are in a fantastic location and have great amenities! Being on the Greenbelt is a high priority - great for biking, dog-walking, and running. The apartments themselves are well-maintained and very nice. Parking spaces are tight, but I have never had an issue finding a spot to park. I would definitely recommend living here!

The staff at Whitewater have all been very pleasant and helpful which really sets the tone for the experience here! The area is beautiful, the amenities are amazing.. I really feel like if you're going to live in an apartment, this is the place to be!

Whitewater Park Apartments are a great place to live. We have been here almost three years, and have no immediate plans to leave. Its a quiet community, the apartments are a great size, and the location cant be beat.

Weve lived here 3 years now. We were told when we moved in about the balcony maintenance. Virtually all the other units were tended to except for ours. There is a huge difference in how things are handled now compared to before. Its not because of Covid. The staff tries the best they can, it seems upper management staff is where all is lost. Quite certain this will also fall on deaf ears.

I made the decision to move out of state for a personal change. I was in the process of narrowing down my new place to live with three apartment community options. Sally responded to me very quickly to help answer all of my questions and concerns. Location, quiet environment, cleanliness and spaciousness of units and access to outdoor amenities were of utmost importance to me. Sally went above and beyond to keep communication open and comfortable and even gave an impromptu virtual tour which made me feel at ease in my decision. I literally feel like I'm on vacation! Thank you for a very warm welcome into the community.

Don't rent here. The community staff members don't follow with you on your questions or concerns and it's very hard to get ahold of them. The maintenance team needs a refresher on quality.

Whitewater is the perfect location. Walking distance to the greenbelt, scooter distance to downtown, and easy access to the highway to get anywhere else.
