Whitney Towers

Whitney Towers was our home for three years, and we loved the place. Despite being on Main Street, it was very quiet, and the vicinity of Charles River for a morning jog, Watertown Mall, and the grocery store was very convenient. However, we needed more space, and there weren’t any 2-bedroom apartments available in Whitney at that time. After moving to our new apartment, I realized how comfortable we were at Whitney Towers, and I already missed the place. The management was very friendly and responsive to our maintenance needs during our stay. Alex and Christian are great managers, and Harold, who took care of maintenance, is excellent. I highly recommend anyone consider this beautiful place to live.

The staff is the most friendly and looks out for their residence daily. The units are exceptional and the garage parking was my favorite. Very easy to submit Maintance requests and they are done timely. They treat you like family and are so welcoming and accommodating. I’m sad to have left!

This is an exceptional apartment complex. We lived in the satellite site on Spring Street. The apartments are very well maintained, and the common areas are spotless. They are also a very good size at reasonable prices for the Boston area. What makes the property special is the staff that runs and maintains it. The front office group is always friendly and eager to help with anything they can. The facilities staff is truly next-level. They are incredibly helpful, respond quickly to any maintenance needs, and do their best to ensure a comfortable living space for their residents. If we move back into the Watertown area, this will be the first property we look into.

We were moving from out of town and incredibly grateful to have been met with so much transparency. Their agent went out of their way to really push Watertown onto us and made so many promises that we thought it was too good to be true, but in the end we simply couldn't imagine landing anywhere else in Boston. The unit prior to us moving in still had carpets and other tenants living there but they promised to do all the work and renovate the space. We're moved in and settled in now and can tell you that the apartment was in immaculate condition when we arrived. The building is so clean and all the amenities are easily accessible. We even met our neighbors in the hallway who've been here for years. In the end we're simply just so lucky to have such a great group of people caring for our housing needs. Thank you!

Since move-in we’ve been treated so well. Alex and Christian have been super welcoming!! All the neighbors we’ve encountered are nice. It’s feels like a good community to be part of and the apartment is great! We love it here.

I have been living at Whitney Towers Apartments in Watertown, MA, and it has been an amazing experience! From the moment I moved in, I knew I had made the right choice. The staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure residents are happy and comfortable. The apartments themselves are beautifully updated, with modern finishes and plenty of space. The amenities are truly top-notch and cater to a variety of interests and needs. There's a men's and women's gym, an indoor pool, and an indoor basketball court that are perfect for staying active. If you enjoy yoga, there's a dedicated yoga studio, and for a bit of fun, the game room offers ping pong, pool, and even a snack machine. For those who work from home or need to get some work done, the business office is a fantastic resource, complete with Wi-Fi and a printer. There's also a serene solarium for relaxing, and every apartment comes with extra storage space, which is a huge plus. To top it all off, Whitney Towers is forward-thinking with EV chargers available for residents with electric vehicles. I couldn’t be happier living here, and I highly recommend Whitney Towers to anyone looking for a place to call home in Watertown!

The entire team at Whitney Towers is incredibly kind and welcoming. They’ve been responsive to all my questions and requests. The move-in process was smooth. The apartment was immaculately clean and renovated. I feel grateful to have found a place like this!

The staff and facilities at Whitney Towers are excellent. Loved my entire time living there. They take great care to ensure the buildings are well kept and that the tenants are happy.

I have lived in Whitney Towers for two years and have had a great experience! Everyone on the management and all staff are all very friendly and communicative and processed maintenance requests and other requests on a very quick timeline. they also have community events such as coffee and donuts, as well as yoga in the yoga studio and other things that make it feel more like a community than an apartment building. The neighborhood itself is also very nice with plenty to do within walking distance, including coffee, shops, restaurants, and other other stores. I highly recommend anyone looking in the Watertown area to give Whitney Towers serious consideration as I have really enjoyed my experience living here!

My partner & I just renewed our lease and can't understand negative reviews. We've lived in several cities. This is by far the best building we have ever lived in. The management team is flawless. They're incredibly responsive. The amenities are amazing and everything is impeccably maintained.

I lived in several buildings over the years, and worked in housing. I know what it takes to run a well-maintained building. My girlfriend and I just renewed our lease. We couldn't be happier with the Whitney's team, the amazing amenities, and our fellow residents. Highly recommend!

I do not recommend residing in this building. There is constant noise from renovations, making it challenging to work or rest at home. The ongoing masonry project, expected to continue for several months, creates intolerable noise and significant dust, which is dangerous to breathe. The management’s suggestion to use the small business room or the town's public library is impractical.

The management is very responsive and helpful, the apartment is nice, and it's a great location - What more can you ask for? Anytime we have an issue, it is usually solved the same day or the next. I genuinely believe these guys care about their tenants which is unfortunately rare.

I have several concerns regarding this apartment. Since the change in management, the quality of service has declined. The new manager's primary focus seems to be increasing revenue, as evidenced by a significant rent increase of over 20%, which is considerable for this type of building. Additionally, due to the location of the building on the main street, noise levels can be a problem. We have also encountered issues with rat in the unit, which has been disruptive to our living experience.

I have lived at the Spring Street apartment building for just over two years now. I was thrilled to find an apartment building in my price range with high-quality units. The apartments are very well-maintained and felt like new when I moved in. The management is very friendly and responsive to any maintenance requests. Communication is good and there are constantly small efforts being made to keep the building nice. The apartments have central air and new appliances. In addition, I have had no issues with noise, despite living on the same hallway as families with young children; the walls are well-insulated. It is also a very friendly building; management puts on a small holiday gathering around Christmas where you can meet the neighbors. When I moved out here, I was looking for a place where I could settle in and have definitely found it!

We have lived in the Spring House apartments for 12 years. We moved in a year before we had our first child. We now have two boys in the Watertown Public Schools. We love living right in Watertown Square. We are able to walk to local restaurants, CVS and the library. We love living so close to the Charles River! This is the only place we have rented were we know our neighbors and feel connected to the community. The management and maintenance are great and very responsive. Highly recommend living here!

My significant other and I recently renewed our lease after living in Whitney Towers for 1 year. This has been our first apartment in the Greater Boston Area, coming from Baltimore last summer. The parking is convenient and the amenities are great, but beyond that what we love is the staff! The Whitney Towers management has been so welcoming and helpful when first moving up here, and has continued to be wonderful. Beyond that, the maintenance team in this building are rockstars, and are as friendly as you could ever ask . Couldn't ask for a better place to live!

We have lived at 275 for four years and love it. When we have friends and family over and show them the facilities they can't believe how much it has to offer for the price. Everyone in the building is so nice from the management to the tenants and if we ever have an issue in our apartment its addressed right away. Main street in Watertown is loud but you can't tell that inside. We love the gyms and pool and never have to wait for equipment. Walking distance to the river, great places to eat, shops and MBTA bus stops to get wherever you need without a car.
