Property Ratings at WHITNEY YOUNG MANOR
The size of the apartments are not bad at all. It's a 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath with washer dryer hookups and it's a up/downstairs unit. It's not the best neighborhood and there is not amenities that I would be interested in. I want a pool and a gym but it has neither. The apartment itself needs to be updated. The carpets and tile are extremely old. They do have nice maintenance people and are helpful at least.
I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom townhome. My townhome has upper and lower level it has two pravite enternces; the kitchen has the basics refrigerator,sink, old fashion stove, wooden cabins. My townhome also has a small backyard with a closed in fence and a outside storage unit.
