The reviews by others do not reflect my experiences at all. Maintenance is handicapped by the owner-management team. You will spends days, weeks, months and very little will be fixed. Doors don't close properly, electrical problems, plumbing problems, water leaks, kitchen drawers not functioning properly. It is more of a third-world slum and the owner-management team don't seem to care. I've seen bullet holes in windows, broken glass, beer cans, beer bottles, and broken-down vehicles and general trash all over the property. The police come here in by the dozen. Police helicopters fly circles around us. K9 police dogs searching the property. It is a very unsafe, inhospitable property. I could tell you show much more. Bottom Line: Stay away because it is better to be safe than sorry.

If there was a zero star. I would give them that instead of a one. They deserve no credit. I have a list of bad things about this apartment. But Im going to keep it short. First of all, there is mold growing on the wall. I asked three of my neighbors , and they have mold as well. Second of all, a possum broke in my house and had babies. and theres rats too. My dog has caught so many mice I lost count. I have talked to the owner and he says my dog bought the rats , the rats are living in the wall. Not only that but when I call matience, they never show up. They even charge me to fix my toilet. Do not move in here... I can go and on

We living here over 5 years since then they improved a lot specially with new managment we are very happy they are taken cares all the issues same day now they have security very clean we recommend several our co workers they even move here and happy Thanks Nguyen

I've lived here for about 18 months now, and am extremely happy. We just resigned another lease for another year - some of the things that are the strongest points of this complex are the management (which changed about... 17 months ago and is a significant improvement!) and the maintenance team. The front office staff is friendly and helpful, and they are great about helping. Bettie, Destiny and Natalie in particular are fabulous!. I don't think I have ever had a maintenance request take more than 24 hours, and the two men that do the majority of the service calls are some of the nicest people I've met... and they both have an amazing ability to not make me feel silly when I break stupid things! Their other maintenance staff is also on their game - from the cleaning staff and grounds maintenance staff, to Gaspar, who came in after hours to help me out when I accidentally threw away an important document. I work weird/long hours and I don't have patience for things not working when I get home at the end of the day. I cannot rave enough about how much easier having an experienced, competent maintenance staff makes life in these apartments. The property itself is well maintained and attractive. I think we get a ton of space for our money, and the location is great. You do get a little street noise in some of the apartments, but I almost never hear my neighbors through the walls. I frequently use their outside grills and Pool. I love the location - I frequently walk to dinner or to some of the bars close by to meet friends. I am very happy with the proximity. I would definitely reccomend this place to friends and, in fact, have and convinced two people to move here.

I moved here two years ago and have been pretty impressed with my stay here. They have great prices for their unit and it's located 10-15 minutes from my university and job. We have new management who are making successful strives towards making this place feel more like home. The new maintenance team are very attentive and handle concerns quickly. Even though it's located right in the middle of temporary construction and constant chaos, they have kept these apartment looking great and top notch. Plus, when you move in you get 1 month free. Great schools and great community.

I rent 2 units for my employee they are very Happy so do i

Air condition and wiring is faulty, maintenance man is unqualified and LAZY nothing is getting fixed as it should. Multiple calls to the office and yet issues are still not fixed such as leaking in bathroom and air condition going out repeatedly. No after hours for emergencies. Cabinets missing, dishwasher broke, and walls are cracked with paint over them.
