Property Ratings at Wildcreek
new management and maintenance is very nice and sweet and on time
Property Manager at Wildcreek, Responded To This Review
Thank you for your feedback! We are so happy to hear that our team has provided you with an enjoyable experience so far.
Roaches!!!! Roaches!! Mold in the walls! Staff is rude! Places is just horrible, the trash is also an issue…. Ugh
Wild creek circle is one of the best places to live now. The management is very good and also the maintenance is the best. They care about their job and the people. Two weeks ago I had a water heater break and there was too much water in my closet and living area. I called the maintenance man and when he came, he turned it off and he dried the water and he said on Monday I will bring the new machine, and it really happened on Monday .But back in 2019 it’s was bad place to live.
Roaches and trash everywhere! The apartments are old and out dated. Neighbors are loud. Trash everywhere. The gate has not worked in over 2 years. Did I mention the roaches. Do not let the leasing office and pool fool you. These units are old and over priced!
Roaches, gunshots, rude office staff over priced apartments
New Management sucks. Still trash overflowing. Gate don’t work. If you ride through the apartment you’ll see it’s trash all around the property. Mailbox area looking bad now too with trash overflowing. Honestly before New Management about a month ago wild creek was being kept up by old management. They did care about renters/tenants far as getting things fixed and keep property ground clean. Wildcreek is now under New Management, you can definitely tell they don’t care about nothing but getting rent money on time. Trash, roaches, old cars that doesn’t work anymore, maintenance is needed badly here, nothing being fix at all, loud music and people smoking in hallways. Careless place to live. It’s a downgrade if u like nice things and very clean community you will not found that at Wildcreek Apartments.
It haven’t been a month yet and I’m ready to leave. It’s a downgrade from my old apartment. The apartment doesn’t look like the website pictures at all. The community here is very loud, rude, and nasty. Kids screaming throughout the day. Car music is played loud as people driving in and out. Trash overflowing on weekends and looks very hood. Not inviting at all. Apartment building needs pressure-wash in hallways well as pests control. Office area on outside smells very bad. Problems in unit already and still waiting to be fixed.
The rent office ladies was so nice to me while applying an getting me through the approval process , but it seem like after they got me in i have had so many ISSUES . maintenance does come out immediately but doesn't fix anything just tells you things you want to hear also i cant sleep at night because its very loud music allnight not in my building but cars back an forth the walls are so thin .... gated community but gate never worked since i been here ...etc etc look elsewhere if you want a PEACE of mind
Let me start off by saying I applied with this company on 02/22/2019 I got denied from Zana the assistant Manager within a hour when they tell you it's a 48-72 hour process .. she said they go by net pay instead of gross pay ... which was false because when I ask to speak to cooperate chasity the manager said that she will fix the situation before going to them an apologize an said you are approve you can move in the next day ...so I bring my deposit in thinking everything was going to be ok ... within 18 days of me staying at the residence they made up all these false statements on me an gave me a final notice ... which is crazy because I never received a copy of my lease , I asked for it several times an Zana told me that' chasity haven't sign it yet ... I'm still trying to reach out to cooperate an I haven't got any responds from the email that was given I even called other complex that Remg owns to get in touch with management.. just run this place is not worth your money an time Im a tenant an still can't get the cooperate number ain't that something.. also have a shortage in the unit an can't cook wash dry etc or anything dealing with the lights... maintenance came out 3 times an still nothing has been done I have water in my washing machine from March 13 2019 that’s stinks so bad because of the shortage just don't waste your time management is awful ... the worse experience ever in my life
This place is smoke and mirrors. It does not seem like Management is interested in making efforts to increase the chances of a comfortable and safe living experience at Wild Creek Apartments especially when Management and the staff have no problem continually arguing with tenants. I have seen them arguing with tenants and have had a the head of maintenance shout at me from the leasing office. I was across the street. The gates are always left open. The Property Manager does not go to help tenants after hours so it makes no difference that she lives on the property. The security system calls a Police Station in Stone Mountain rather than the Police Station 5 minutes away in Clarkston. I verified this with the security company. The office still will not verify whether the so called courtesy patrol are real security officers from a valid verified security company. But the breakins and thief continue.
Awful place to live. Everything about the Property is poorly managed. Looks are certainly deceiving.
Wildcreek apartments is excellent place to live. I've been staying on the property about a year now no problems. The apartments very nice inside wood floors and carpet. They also have a pool and tennis court. The people in the leasing office make sure they take care of thier residents. A wonderful place for single people and family to stay. Five stars apartment for me
The best living experience I have ever had at wildcreek is dealing with the office staff very professional and polite love the new property manager she's so nice & listens. I've been herd 5yrs the best i have seen thus far. Maintenance need help overall this is the place to be.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Management has gotten progressively worse since I moved here 10/2015. Management has changed over 3 times since the beginning of 2017 and no changes have been made to the property to reflect it. I've called the leasing office as well as corporate to report the gate issue and to my disbelief the corporate manager for the property copped an attitude with me when THEY are the ones that left a notice on my door to voice any concerns with them. Maintenance is a joke and don't know what consistency is. The gate stays open 24/7 but they give you a gate card, not to mention the fence in the back of the neighborhood has a hole in it that allows people from the other neighborhood (Clarkston Station) to cut through. I recently had my car broken into (I’m not one to leave valuables in my car) and another neighbor car just a few days before mine. They don't notify you of any crime that happens in the complex, you only find out by word of mouth from other residents or if someone drowns at the pool. OH how could i forget, make sure you have earplugs because people leave dogs out on balconies from 5am to 12am barking, howling like we live in the projects. When you ask the leasing office to contact the residents about their dogs making noise, they ask you to take a picture with the time/date stamp. After weeks of complaining I had no other choice but to go to the residents house at 6am mind you, to tell them to stop putting their dog out on the balcony to howl and bark at everything moving. Trash is constantly overflowing and you can forget about a workout room, both treadmills are busted, leaving 2 ellipticals, a rack of free weights, and a stationary bike. Because the room is located BEHIND the trash compactor, it always smells like complete TRASH/GARBAGE. Not to mention teens (I’m assuming) use the room to smoke weed. They leave weed roaches and cigarillo guts and wrappers all over the room and may possibly be the reason why both treadmills are now out of service. There are no sanitation wipes to wipe down the equipment that's actually working (barely). They only have security during the day, not at night when most things occur. All in all if you want to deal with the above, move in, otherwise, keep looking for something better.
It always been said first impression is an indication what the person or place is really like. So, far the neighbors are friendly which makes a big difference in a living environment. The maintenance staff is friendly and helpful. The security staff is topnotch and friendly. However, cleanliness and presentation is not this apartment complex best suit. When you come into the leasing office/club house area, the carpet is absolutely dirty. Dust is so thick on the ceiling fans which is obvious to the sight. And if you wanted to rent the club house, it would not be desirable to host an event because of the lack of cleanliness. It definitely needs a fresh coat of paint and new furniture which is an inexpensive trade off for a presentable place. You get enough money from the tenants to represent yourself better. Landscaping is something to be desired....beautification program needs to be put in place. When entering the complex, trash is what you see. What a brilliant idea to put a trash compactor in the front to make a first impression! And the trash compactor is always broke! So, you have the the aroma of foul smelling trash and visually see it on the ground most of the time. The pictures on the website showing how the apartment for rent looks....see for yourself!
It appears if you have a stable apartment then there would not be any issues. A tenant residing at the property for 4 years confirmed its clean but the maintenance was very poor. I have discovered the propery to be Queit and well kept with responsive office clerks. If you have unstable apartment maintenance will bandaide fix everything. I have only been in a non remodel apartment since August 2015 But have experience water damage Heat issues not I am concerened about mold inhalation. with all temporary fixes requiring and maintenance in my apartment at least once a month I am very disappointed. Its significant for future tenants to be aware.
I have been in wild creek apartments for about a year and I've a great experience until they switched management companies....the trashed stayed piled for weeks and the gate stayed open 3 weeks but once the new management for settled in...my experience gets better and better. Now I don't think these apartments are worth 929 maybe more like 800 but there are nice .
This is a great place to live. I have not had any major issues with the property minus the fact that the gate has been down since new management has come, but i think they may be trying to get a new system not sure. The rent did increase for renewal as expected but nothing to steep. I love how quiet it is here and my neighbors are very respectful.
Quiet, clean, safe and well managed. I have lived here for 4 years.
I think living at Wild Creek Apartments for the past 3 years has been very satisfying. It is a quiet community that is well kept. It is convenient to everywhere and reasonably safe. My kids enjoy the playground and the close proximity to the neighborhood park and library.
