Kennewick is a southeastern Washington city on the banks of the Columbia River, practically within sight of the Oregon state line. Along with neighboring Paso and Richland, Kennewick forms one corner of Washington’s Tri Cities, which are collectively known as the heart of the state’s wine country. Numerous parks within the city offer great opportunities to enjoy the region’s stunning natural beauty without even leaving town, including Zintel Canyon Park just east of Ely Street and Columbia Park along the riverbank.
Home to nearly 80,000 people, the landscape of Kennewick is largely suburban in appearance, with a historic downtown district serving as a popular hangout for many locals and several large shopping centers around the area. The local rental market features a variety of apartments, condos, and single family homes to suit any taste or budget.

Property Ratings at Wildflower
Since February, it has been a whirlwind of positivity, in the way of really beautiful and positive changes. Things are looking great! SO MUCH is getting done, it's astounding. The new manager, Jolene, is a serious powerhouse, and a ray of sunshine in a place that was so dark once. It's amazing how much has changed already, in just 4 months. The community is very nice, comfortable, quiet, peaceful, and (most importantly) livable. And, the access to basic needs (groceries, gas, coffee, eateries, Columbia Park, etc.) is fantastic. You don't have to drive anywhere you'd rather walk or ride a bike to. And, being next door to a high school, easy access for first responders, and the proximity of highway 240 makes it as safe as you would want it to be. I don't think it's ever taken me more than 15-20 minutes to get nearly anywhere in Tri-Cities via vehicle. So, I wouldn't even read, trust, or pay any attention whatsoever to any review(s) given before 2022. None of it is true at all, anymore. IMHO, there's a lot to look forward to living here. Welcome!

Hi there, it is wonderful to hear how much you enjoy your home and all of the modern features we offer at Wildflower. Thanks for tossing out a little online love for the team and all of the improvements we are bringing to the community. We are so happy you enjoy calling us home. Take care!
Just mivved here with my fur babies and my boyfriend. So far the community is super nice and welcoming! Moved in and had some problems with the outlets and the bedroom door but maintenance had came and it was fixed. The property manager Jolene is super sweet and helped so much for us to get moved in. The parking is great! And the area for the dogs is really good room to play and do there business! At night it’s super quite and you can hear the birds and the goose in the morning very soothing!
Property Manager at Wildflower, Responded To This Review
Hi there, Thank you for sharing your experience with us for Wildflower apartments. We are so glad to know you enjoy our amenities, and welcoming community. Your generous feedback has been shared with our team. Thanks again!
They're cutting down the trees, so if you want shade during the summer, you won't find it here. But you will find a new paint job, washers and dryers that don't work and eat your quarters, amd brand new signs. You'll also have lovely neighbors and property workers who still up the stairs at all hours and don't seem to care that people love I'm the apartments and maybe, might work nights, or simply not enjoy the sound of people stomping up stairs. They also don't give you and heads up about when loud and unnecessary maintenance will be taking place. Do not recommend.
I have enjoyed the stay and greatly appreciated the staff's hard work at maintaining the property. It is in a safe and convenient location close to shopping and schools. I would recommend living here to all family and friends Jana Tancik
These apartments are now run by a property management company who does an extremely poor job. When it was run by Carin and then Rhonda things were fine, THINGS GOT DONE. Now there is no one in the office, ever. If you put in a maintenance request, don't expect it to get done soon or even at all. And now they are raising everyone's rent AND charging a ridiculous maintenance fee. How can you charge an extra fee when nothing is maintained? Don't move here. Not worth the price.
Grounds are in poor shape, apt are not well maitained
