Wildreed Apartment Homes in Everett, Washington offers peaceful living just minutes from Everett and Alderwood Malls, or an easy commute to Downtown Seattle. This place is festered with crime and filth. The RVs and abandoned cars upon entry will be your first clue. Even if you think you’re safe because they aren’t residents you’ll be disappointed to know they still occupy this property. They’ll be doing drugs in your hallways, sleeping under your stairs, dumping garbage and going through your belongings in broad daylight, walking through the property high screaming expletives while your kids are playing, breaking into vehicles, stealing cars, bikes and packages. The mailroom windows have been busted, the actual boxes themselves have been busted open, and not even your Amazon hub is safe because those too are now being broken into. The mailroom has been a place of constant concern and yet still, no other measures of security other than a fob. Police presence has risen to the point where at any given night you might have a K9 outside of your stairwell looking for a suspect. When we’re told to call “Security” they never answer. It’s a cell phone number with no voicemail set up to actually inform you that your concern will be addressed. Upon finding out later this property doesn’t actually have a security system in place. Why would such a large community not have measures in place to ensure the safety of their residents when there have been countless complaints and police reports for years now? Upon our 2nd year inspection we informed management that we had a huge window leak and that when it rained the water would splash through the windows and cause damage and mold. We waited for a while to have someone come back and after the inspection from a 3rd party vendor they told us it was a problem that would be fixed soon because there are other units that have the same problem. 9 Months later there has still been no resolution. The blinds are ruined, the paint has bubbled, peeled and chipped and is now on the floor. I was told they’re trying to work out the price so that it doesn’t “affect the bottom line”. Stay with me here. We have crime and mold and the only explanation here is they have to protect the bottom line? Do not move here unless you think you can’t do better.

over the past year they have collapsed. The garbage is in mountains, there are homeless people everywhere, they stopped taking care of amenities and the parking situation is criminal. Stay away!
Love my apartment. Maintenance is quick to fix things and property looks great.

I lived here a year. Do not recommend. - THE PARKING SPACES ARE NOT ALL THE SAME SIZE. One foot difference. ***VERIFY YOUR ASSIGNED PARKING SPACE IN PERSON BEFORE SIGNING YOUR LEASE*** - wasn’t given a move-in inspection - holes on walls weren’t filled from previous tenant - “renovated” poorly - water was leaking from fire alarm, and I had to call after I submitted a work order and no one contacted me regarding this matter. Maintenance left the fan in my unit for months, I had to call them to come pick it up. - the heaters are extremely loud - the hot tub and grills were closed the entire time I lived there - Cigarette smoke from lower units would make their way into mine (even with all windows closed) - work request for faulty alarm took over two days to be resolved (non stop beeping) - other than cardio equipment, the rest of the gym equipment is outdated.

The front of staff will literally make you want to pull your hair out. The apartment was disgusting when I moved in and honestly I regret my decision moving here.

I moved to Wildreed a couple of months ago, the office staff was very helpful and nice when we got here. They have fixed and attend to all our maintenance needs. The area itself is really lovely as well, located near all the necessities for daily errands. They keep the apartment complex clean and when it rains in this area the tall trees tend shed a lot of leafs and debris into sidewalk, but their crew is there to clean all of it before the residents wake up. I definitely recommend Wildreed Apartments. Sincerely, A satisfied resident.
This place is great they have big floor plans big square footage vaulted ceilings beautiful swimming pool and nice gym the people are nice and the maintenance workers stays on top of every problem and fixes the problem oh and did I mention it's a great convenient location it's by everything local shopping mall schools police station restaurants and more.
