The Cheyenne Hills neighborhood lies four miles south of Downtown Colorado Springs and all of the city’s cultural and nightlife options. The neighborhood features the World Arena, Colorado Springs’ premier concert and sports venue. The arena hosts plenty of big-name acts all year round. In January and February, locals flock to the venue to watch the Colorado College Tigers play ice hockey.
Cheyenne Hills gets its name from Cheyenne Mountain which lies less than six miles to the south. The mountain rests within Cheyenne Mountain State Park, which contains over 2,700 acres of prairie-to-mountain land, 20 miles of hiking and biking trails, a campground and an archery range. In only a 12-minute drive, locals can hike, bike and camp inside this lovely park.

Property Ratings at Wildridge
I lived here for over 4 years and I loved living here. In a city full of unaffordable, jacked up rents, this place stands out for being affordable while still being high quality. The staff is fantastic, the property is beautiful, and the gym is about as good as you will ever see at an apartment complex. In my time here they never stopped improving the property and were always striving to give us a better living experience. Honestly, I’m sad to leave this place. I can’t recommend it enough. Wildridge will always have a special place in my heart.
This place has really gone downhill in recent years. Marijuana smell is very prevalent. Big issue with unleashed and uncontrolled dogs running around. I've been jumped on multiple times on my walks with my son by unleashed dogs. I got stuck with the most inconsiderate neighbor who blasted bass almost every day. The office did nothing about it except tell me to deal with it. For the rent I paid it would be nice if the management took noise issues seriously.

Lived on this property for years. Wouldn’t recommend for many reasons. Security is lacking; vehicles constantly being broken into or stolen. Grounds are littered with dog “mess”. Office staff is notoriously condescending and rude. They will not enforce noise complaints (loud music/bass/constant dog barking/etc). Walls are paper thin. You could get lucky with quiet and courteous neighbors but I wouldn’t count on it here.

We are disappointed in this characterization of our staff and community. We are committed to treating all residents, guests, and employees with the utmost respect. If there is anything we can do for you, please reach out to us directly in the office at (719) 576-5555. Thank you.
Beware of towing of visitors, signage is not the best and it is not listed in the rental agreement that visitors will be towed starting at 5pm per property manager (towing company says 6pm -6 am) Obviously can't obtain proper information. Apparently all visitors must be issued a parking permit.

Lived here for a couple years now. Location is convenient but units are outdated. The noise is a big issue. Walls are so thin you hear neighbors’ conversations constantly. Not to mention loud TV’s and bass you can hear at all hours. Slamming doors/cabinets, etc. The ladies in the office come off very rude and snippy. The only good thing is the maintenance staff, always quick to do repairs and very friendly. Would not recommend.

When you are able, please reach out to a team member to discuss what it is that they may be able to do for you going forward.
I’ve lived here for over a year. I’ve had to contact maintenance 3 times.: 1) Door handle on sliding glass door broke; 2) Problem with air conditioner; 3) Key would not work for laundry room this past Sunday. Each time they are amazingly fast and efficient. I’ve lived in quite a few apartments and have never received such lightening quick responses. Each time, either Bob or Mike are there to fix the problem quickly and properly. It also is quite a pleasure to work with Ashley in the office. Unlike other apartments also, I haven’t had one solicitor come knocking at my door which is nice, nor do I have neighbors that keep me up at all hours on work nights, and the office isn’t constantly putting notes on my door telling me that they’re going to come in my apartment to appraise the property for future sale. The only suggestion would be, more salt on the steps and sidewalks in winter. Overall, it’s a good place to be. Thanks for everything!
The entire staff if courteous, professional and kind. I lived at Wildridge for 10 years, moved out of state and when I moved back it's the only place in Colorado Springs that I would even consider moving back to. Maintenance is on top of things as is the grounds team. The ladies in the office go above and beyond helping you feel at home. The property is safe and secure and you couldn't ask for a better location for shopping ! Thanks Wildridge team for making such a great place to call home !
This is the perfect place to live it has a 180 degree view of the mountains, the best view of Pikes Peak. In walking distance of Towne Center Plaza where lots of stores and restaurants are accessible. The complex has a full Tennis Court, Basketball Court, Pool & Hot Tub, Community Room (full Kitchen, Pool Table, Big Screen TV) and also includes a Weight Room. The Complex Staff are friendly, incredibly helpful 24/7. The Complex also has a 3-Tier Water Fountain Courtyard with lounge chairs and tables - it's perfect for that Quite Time and Solitude. The complex is close to Interstate and Highway so travel to Pueblo and Denver is convenient. Colorado has the perfect weather it's like having all 4 Seasons in 1 day. Faith H, Colorado Springs, CO
Wildridge is a nice complex to live in. The rooms were clean and spacious and the managers in the office are helpful and very sweet. The pool/hot tub area is great, families and kids are there daily.
