Property Ratings at Wildwood Apartments
I have lived at this complex for many years because of the nice location and the rent is cheaper than the market rate. The staff is hospitable; however, they’re hamstrung by policies implemented by a cheap management company that prefers to put a band aid on an issue rather than shell out the money to fix it. I feel less like a valued resident and more like an imposition that should feel grateful for the opportunity to pay them rent each month
My humble review about this apartment place. For an additional 200 dollars, I could have rented a better place than here. As a college student I am on a budget and trying to save money to make it with school and rent. Before I moved here, they showed me a demo apartment, and everything looked good. When I moved into the apartment I had a bad experience. 1. Roches are all over the apartment. 2. The apartment had a strong order of Cigarettes. 3. Cat hairs can be found all over the apartment. 4. The cabinets are old and full of mold. Whoever fixes this place only paints over the mold and doesn't remove the mold. 5. No trash bins. You have to walk across the apartment complex to throw your trash bags. 6. Poor customer service. Lesly from the office has a bad attitude when calling for the status of a service request. I asked if I could be relocated to another apartment, but the price increased drastically. I attempted to break my contract, but the fee was high, and I couldn’t accommodate the full amount. I was stuck with the apartment. Please ask questions and ensure you visit the apartment they are renting you. Be aware and don’t get a surprise like I did. If you can for an additional 200 dollars you can get a much better place. This is just my honest opinion about this place.
The apartments are nice, especially for the neighborhood. They do, however, have a terrible roach infestation that has become worst over the years. Roaches in my bed, fridge, and shower.

If you want your car totaled or damaged by other people that live in the complex and watch people fight in the parking lot then yeah come waste your money here
I love this place. At first, I was so scared that I had signed my lease before reading these reviews. I was ready to cancel my move-in. When I got my apartment I was so HAPPY! My apartment is great, no roaches the appliances are NEW. The floor plan is very well laid out, seriously it's very spacious. The one thing I like love the most is my TEXAS BIG walk-in closet it's AMAZING! The staff is really nice and helpful as well. I have no complaints at all I recommend this place 100%.
It's very fair for the price. I go to UT and it's 10 minutes away. The gate works, everything in my apartment works and when I moved I have a couple of issues but maintenance was on the top next day. The leasing office is friendly and my dog loves all the trees and grass around my building. I referred a friend and they pay me for it! I saw one death roach when I moved but Johana told me pest control have been done in my apartment prior to my move, and I have no issues since then.
Okay, let me start. Wildwood sucks. Don’t be deceived by the showroom. Don’t be deceived by the office. This apartment complex is the worst. If you are willing to sleep and each roaches then go for it. If you are willing to have roaches as that one roommate who doesn’t pay rent, Wildwood is the place for you. If you are willing to have a mouse as your pet then come here. Also smelled like a bayou. Moved in on Saturday Moved out that Sunday. Didn’t even spend the night there The roaches were EVERYWHERE On the ceiling On the floor On the walls In the sink In the bathroom And lastly, we found the nest behind the refrigerator. The fear of a roach falling on your head was real. The best part is when we were shown another apartment and a mouse was chilling on the pathway to the apartment. Look at the pictures Don’t live here, don’t even bother wasting your time, it’s not worth it. Trust the negative reviews.
This apartment complex has continually screwed us over since we moved in 8 months ago. We’ve had pest control come every other week since we moved in and there are still bugs, no one in the office will email you back, the office IS TERRIBLE about letting their tenants know about anything, and they towed our car when we had a parking sticker and refused to refund us. Parking is nonexistent, the area isn’t the best, and the police are at the complex at least once a week. Do the right thing and DO NOT MOVE HERE.

We do apologize for any inconveniences you have experienced in regards to pests, however, we can assure you that our team is always available to provide additional pest control services. In regards to the towing, we only tow if your car is parked in towing zones and unfortunately, your car was parked in the wrong area. In addition to our patrol service, we do allow the police to patrol the community. We'd appreciate the opportunity to improve upon our original communication going forward so please come by the office or give us a call to discuss any remaining concerns you have.
i’d do one start if i could. office is terrible. never answers any questions, calls, or emails. can’t speak much english, which isn’t a huge problem, it’s just frustrating when communicating because you have to use google translate. the buildings are falling apart. oh, and i have rats in my roof. i’m on the SECOND FLOOR.

The worst place to live without security, the apartments are infested with cockroaches and rats. If you require maintenance service they will see the problem and only improvise and it is worse than it was. From the first day I moved I have had problems do not repair things. The air conditioning has never cooled in the main room and they just tell you that everything is fine, because the maintenance staff is not trained at all. According to them they have no budget for repairs. If you do not want to lose the harmony of your life then do not move here, it will be the worst decision.
DO NOT LIVE HERE! I REPEAT!! DON'T DO IT! worst place I have ever had to deal with. I work 12 hour shifts in surgery and I hardly get a full lunch where I can leave work to pay rent... so I figured I would pay online - and when that didn't work then I look for a drop box (which they don't have!) So I tried to pay it this morning and I was told I have to pay a 90 dollar late fee and the lady was very rude about it. Then I get a notice that I have to vacate in 3 days if I don't pay them!! Ha ok. And the manager has no concern about the issue. THIS ROACH INFESTED APARTMENT IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED! Plus there are drug dealers all over and creepy homeless people EVERYWHERE
Visited someone I knew here-Disgusting apartments, infested with roaches and bugs. I also witnessed obvious gang members hanging around the complex. Not a safe spot to be. The management is also atrocious, having no regard for recognition or responsibility regarding any issues you may have with them. Don't expect any help or service from them. I sure hope they don't try commenting my review, trying to kill me with kindness. Saying how they would love to further help address any concerns or issues I have; because the property manager, Sierra just cut me off and hung up the phone on me. Extremely unprofessionally ran place.
